katatonic I was being very general based on many people I personally know. Of course it is not all black and white...there are ALWAYS EXCEPTIONS and overlaps and variables! BTW..what does "tyl" mean?------------------ Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain. IP: Logged |

LEXX - that's how I wrote about my experiences. Based on the people around me, mainly baby boomers. quote: And btw koi, not all of us Pluto in Leos are "retired or retiring" -- I have at least 10 more years in the workforce
What? 10 more years?? I would have thought you have at least 20 years of work left, Zala!!! Thanks for the generation description. It's interesting to see groups of society come through and be given different challenges to rise to. HSC - thanks for the link - interesting concepts/ideas!! IP: Logged |

I have this stored on my computer, I think I got it from one of Peri's posts (forgive me if it was someone else). Most enlightening: http://www.scribd.com/doc/2204105/Pluto-Sign-House-Aspect IP: Logged |

quote: and a delusional belief that the individual contains all things within him/herself, and is bigger than anything he/she may experience at the hands of fate.
My dad had a god complex, he believed he was his own god,and with his mind could control, well, anything. quote: Likewise, there is a Leonine tendency to dismiss anything that isnt fun;
He was often more playmate than parental figure. quote: And, lastly, an exaggerated importance accorded to the young; and in some cases an obsession with youth
He was, still is, obsessed with the idea that he need not age and can live forever.After all, gods don't age.I could go on, as I think my father is a poster boy for what happens when pluto in leo is filtered through a personal planet, but I'm short on time.

good girl - you are a practising immortal, no? is your pluto in leo? was linda goodman's? (i know the answer to that one and it is NEGative). though as a leo i can relate to what you say about your dad, it does not apply only to pluto/leos by any means. and by the way the mystics agree with him/us - but since we are imperfect humans it certainly does not apply at all times!IP: Logged |
