LOL...you guys are funny! I don't think he's gay. Wasn't he with Rachel Weisz for a while? Of course anyone can pair up with anyone in Hollywood. But still. Cusack ...gay? I just don't see it.At any rate - I think some celebrities are more 'quiet' about their love lives. I never thought any were gay because of that. I'm sure it's easy when rumors go around....if you notice, most have their love life flaunted only if they're not married pretty much. I'm no good at this stuff though - I don't ever know really who's with who. I'm so out of touch! When I lived in LA there was a HUGE rumor that Tom Cruise was totally gay.

I even heard the rumour that Jude is gay. Well the man does a lot so his cover doesn`t get blown. No, I don`t think John is gay either, or as Jude said it in that hilarious monologue (SNL): "Usually if you`re that goodlooking, people think you`re gay. I`m just English."
However, I just noticed that I have some interesting synastry with John. His Sun exactly opposes my Venus His Venus opposes my Mars his Juno opposes my Mars and conjuncts my DSC his Karma conjuncts my SN and DSC and trines my Pluto his psyche exactly conjuncts my Eros

i would be surprised if john cusack were gay too. tom cruise? who knows the guy is so out there in so many ways. but the general consensus in hollywood was that he and nicole got married to cover up their mutual gayness...but jealousy is rife in hollywood as is malicious gossip.IP: Logged |

Actually Julius Caesar wasn`t gay in the sense we use this word.It was pretty common for Roman men of the higher classes to have as well female as male lovers. I guess the term "bisexual" would ocme the closest to this. IP: Logged |

But maybe we should get back to the subject again?I donīt think it`s all this interesting who is gay and who not. Even though I would be interested if the astrological dynamic in synastry for a gay couple would be the same as for a heterosexual couple. IP: Logged |

While I was reading this thread someone mentioned-"look at the squares coming from Jen". How do you know who's squares are coming from who?IP: Logged |

MVM considering the film "serendipity" that jc made with kate beckinsale, your experience is even more amazing...and darkdreamer (i think) is right we have no way of knowing, really, unless someone out and states it, what someone's sexual preferences are. but in show business of all kinds a LACK of preference or exclusivity is pretty common. and again, if you manage to keep your love life private many will assume you have something to HIDE, not that your boundaries are showing!but i think celebrities in general have a certain something that ties in with many of our own patterns, that is why they ARE celebrities, they speak to something either in the general collective consciousness, just as a book, painting, song or movie will be popular because it speaks to us personally even without being about us... where am i going with this? that maybe celebrities who carry hooks for the collective are ALL our soulmates, in the sense that they are maybe closer to the ORIGINAL split soul and so we are spinoffs of them so to speak? as in linda's explanation of the isis/osiris story and how the parts are looking to meet up with their original whole... does any of that make sense???? John Cusack and George Clooney are definitely not gay.Neither is Jude Law, he's just an adulterer. IP: Logged |

Katatonic, it makes perfect sense to me. I like how you think! I see some of the soulmate stuff from celebrities as kind of an archetypal energy that can work for us and that we tap into. Amowls, I agree with you too - not buying the gay thing on said guys. As for famous men in history like Socrates and Caesar, I'm with DD - there was usually an abundance of same sex activity during that time that was very much out in the open. Not to stray too far off-topic.... My synastry with Cusack isn't marvelous, but our moons fall into each other's 7th....and like I said before, my Sun, Mercury, and Pluto conjunct his ascendant. My Sun also conjunct his Anti-Vertex.... His sun sextile my Ascendant, his Moon conjunct my Dcs. It's a mixed bag with Saturn - lots of Saturn ties. Ooooh, neat! I just checked asteroids! Dunno if these mean anything - these are the tight ones: *His Pluto sq. my Persephone *My Juno quinx his Jupiter/Double Whammy *My Psyche conj his Moon/DW *My Psyche conj his SN *His Valentine conj my Moon *His Proserpina conj my NN *His Vertex sextile my Karma/DW *Karma sq Valentine/ DW *Eros sq Psyche /DW (kinda wide though- 5 degrees) Whoa! Ok, this is just a skimming....I'll have to look more thoroughly! Davidson/Composite shows Psyche sq Eros tightly, Hera sq Jupiter, Juno conj Sun, Sun conjunct Venus, Karma conj NN (they're all fairly tight)...and we have a Grand Trine in both midpoint composite and davidson (It looks like Moon, Mars, and Pluto)... Ok. I must admit I am now quite intrigued....too bad his birth time isn't known IP: Logged |

Hi,I think that is important: first to fall in love and then study all those Synastry aspects. If somebody has Natal Chart without some great romance or marriage aspects, all that is for nothing. It is good to know, just in case to explain to other people, will they stay together or not. Buena p.s. Thank you DD for all that. I am still waiting for your book.

Thanks Buena and REdstar. BTW Buena, I donīt think that there is any aspect in the natal chart that makes marriage "impossible", even though some may be more difficult to deal with than others. Also, it comes down to one`s preferences. If someone doesn`t want to marry, he or she probably won`t, no matter how beautiful the synastry looks like.
But I agree absolutely, you have to countercheck the astrology against real life. It all comes down to how you feel about someone, astrology is secondary. IP: Logged |
