Some things that I noticed but am not sure if they means much...

My Solar Return Sun is conjunct my Solar Return Descendant.
Solar Return Vertex is conjunct Natal Venus
Natal Venus is in Solar Return 5th house.

Are those meet the 'love of your life' aspects or something?

In your case, I'm not going to say yes someone is going to walk into your life and sweep you off your feet, because I find that solar returns are really more of an EMPHASIS on the houses that are highlighted by planets in the chart.

I would say that yes, relationships are highlighted for you this year, but there may be a struggle to get to the kind of depth that you want to have in a relationship (Saturn in the 8th) and you might have some troubles differentiating what is just a fling and what is a true relationship (Moon, Mars, Saturn t-square). Along with the Moon, Mars, Saturn T-square it might be difficult for you to separate your emotions from your drives in your public vs. your personal life. You might be highly emotional when it comes to work, but very dictatorial when it comes to home life. What's happening is that one is spilling over into the other arena of life because you aren't being fulfilled in either. Taking a more honest/sobering look at both areas and what you really need may be helpful in alleviating some of the stress.

Reinforcing the "depth in relationships" theme is Mercury in the 7th trining Pluto and Mercury sextiling Venus. Mercury is the go-between of the Pluto/Venus opp, so I'm thinking that IF you do have an important romantic relationship this year, you need to really make sure that you COMMUNICATE your feelings and romantic needs to your partner. Sometimes with magnetic relationships we get so caught up in the moment and how much we click with the other person that we forget that we really can't read their mind and they really can't read ours. You may get a very communicative, though intense partner, someone you could banter back and forth with.

Be careful about wearing your emotions on your sleeve this year. Jupiter, Chiron, and Neptune are all in the first, opposing Mercury and trining Venus. You may find yourself wanting to tell your life story to everyone as a way to connect to other people, which may or may not be a good thing. Some people are bound to empathize with you, but there might be people, friends or otherwise, who find ways to use it against you. Either way, your hopes for yourself and your insecurities are bound to get tied up together and you may be more prone to outside influence than usual.

Anyway, those are the things that really stuck out to me. I looked at your natal up there too... You must have been born the same year as me because your natal outer planets are pretty close to where mine are.

Rectangle. Often called a 'mystic rectangle', there is nothing specifically mystical about it. Here, two opposition aspects are woven together with two trine and two sextile aspects. This can make for a time of enormous questions, yet it also brings potential solutions and openings which arise either by default or by apparent good luck. The flowing aspects take much of the tension out of the opposition aspects. There is much to work out, but it looks as if great things are possible. Abilities and assets search for a cause to be engaged in. Dilemmas can have difficulty being resolved in the usual ways, but they seem to work themselves out anyway in other ways. Letting go is the main way through: the state of mind is often the obstacle, when in fact there is an open road ahead. Here there can be exceptional skills which overcome immense obstacles, through synthesising apparently different elements into an original and appropriate package. The rectangle brings marked results.

I also noticed some other interesting things while looking at both the charts which to me, seem significant, though I'm not exactly sure what they mean...(I think I mentioned some of these in the original post) Does anyone have any thoughts on any of the points listed below?
