nine, i disagree with you, not for the sake of it but because i disagree, period;i think venus and mars act like yin and yang on a different level than moon and sun. if moon and sun repres nt basic, core, part of the personality, i think (and that engages only me!) that venus and mars represent the receptive and affirmative qualities regarding relations and our personal style, type, of relating.
and so (still for me!) venus represents how I react whereas mars represents how I initiate.
after all, venus and mars are located on both side of the earth in the solar system, and relations are primordial in human's life. what would be life if i was living on my own, without contact? (probably good for those who don't like me, yes) but quite boring and quite useless to since i wouldn't evolve much with any contacts.
on the other hand, i think moon and sun act as yin and yang but on a more general, global kind of way, in a more essential way in a sense. and they do impact our relating skills but they impact any others skills, whereas venus and mars deal (to me) with relationships.
