The SUN SIGN pertains to what women look for in a man plus mars. So what you need to do is look at his Moon & Venus.

And the back threads in Astro 1 are loaded with them, quite elusive, Mr. Aqua, from what I hear, haven't had one of my own though.

If I were you, I would run for your life. Aquarius men leave a trail of broken hearts behind them wherever they go. This place of full of sad stories about them. But something about them is compelling so you will see for yourself.

June 13 is the birthday of my best friend in all the world. If anyone can handle an Aqua man, it's a go-get-em Gemini girl like yourself.

They also might work in a LDR. They like a lot of space.

Starr:

Surely it cannot be the destiny of every Aquarian male to never settle down and always break hearts. Personally, I can think of three Aqua men who I know to be in decent marriages:

Mr. A, my father's best friend from work, married to another Aqua (lady) since 1972. Still married. Very committed. Never played games.

Mr. DM, one of my bosses in the law firm where I work. Aqua with Virgo Moon. Not a pleasant guy to be around, doesn't make eye contact very well with employees, a bit condescending, but happily married for at least long enough to have two sons, the oldest in college, with the same lady.

Mr. DK, a former colleague from another law firm. Married to the same woman for at least 8 years, proud father of two girls, doesn't do anything except talk about the two of them, the wife, and where they're going together on vacation.

Just sayin'...

Of course they're not all bad. I would never paint a whole sign of men with such a broad brush. I just think the ones who are capable of commitment are probably the exception, not the rule and probably didn't settle down right away. I'd love to see their charts.

One of my good friends is an Aqua male. His birthday is actually tomorrow. He is young--26. And just got engaged to the mother of his child. She has him wrapped around her little finger. One day I'll ask him what her secret is...or maybe I should ask her!

My Aunt's Aqua-Cancer husband seems to have settled down, but she went to hell and back to "get" him. And somewhere along the way, they led separate lives. He is very "mean" I hear. But face to face, he's always pleasant.

One young Aqua-Aries friend seemed devoted to his girlfriend. He was 20 then, and they had a young baby.

Another Aqua-Virgo I worked with complained that his child mother was dramatic and demanding. As a colleague I found him difficult. He had a brief fling with an Aries on the job, but that fizzled before it started.

A new Aqua friend of mine has been together with her Aqua boyfriend for almost 12 years.

Advice - Run.

If you want a romantic relationship, treat it as a friendship. If you want to move-in, he is your roommate. If you want a marriage, threat it as a dating relationship. Don't do anything conventional with this sign.

Beware the mean streak. The cold streak. The lazy streak. The funky streak. And of course, the loner streak. There is also a pronounced moody streak.

A poll was posted here once finding that the Gemini-Aquarius relationship was the most likely to end in divorce.

I'd have to see the chart to state with certainty, but a long distance relationship between the two signs is probably as good as it'll get. Aqua-Pisces...haven't met many.

Nine, I know you are talking about Sun-Moon, or maybe Sun-ASC but that brings up an interesting observation, especially since you mentioned Gemini-Aqua matches. There's a lot of Aqua-Pisces stories here. They seem to be drawn to each other, or maybe just the Feb Pisceans. Maybe it's a February thing LOL.

There's also a lot of Aqua-Virgo stories, which I guess makes sense on paper since we both have the "cold fish" reputation, but in reality...::shudder::

Aquas make good friends. I like to admire them from a distance. A long distance. I never had a sign hurt me so bad. TWICE! Not even Scorpios do so much damage. I'll take the Scorpion's sting any day.

EDIT: Edited to add, that if a healthy, emotionally stable Aqua male in a long term committed relationship ever happened upon all the "bad Aqua man" threads out there on the Internet and wanted to start up a paid advice column, he'd probably make a fortune. LOL!

I am a female aquarius sun. I think the men, like the women, are very very picky about their mates. They take awhile to warm up, but sometimes get infatuated fast (this isn't always the case, but it happens sometimes to us, for some weird reason, just like everything else in our lives!). However, even if we DO get infatuated, we can just as quickly become uninfatuated (is that a word?), but we always have a reason. But I am going to talk about "usually."

Usually, we don't romantically like many people very often. Once we DO, though, we adore them and stay committed. We are very fixed and since we don't commit easily, when we do, we don't leave easily. That is the reason we are very cautious about falling in love -- we know once we do, we are stuck to that person forever. Forever!

So, yes, whoever wrote about all those aqua lawyers, it's true. They just finally committed. The person probably didn't manage to scare them off, and they probably passed aqua's lengthy and extensive background check that would make the CIA shudder.

For the record: I could never imagine myself with a virgo male. No way. No offense vigoans, but they just don't romantically attract me at all. Too naggy and cynical, although they make great friends. This may have something to do with virgo being intercepted in my 5th house, though, too.

I DO like pisces men, but they are just as elusive as I am, which is not good at all. We're both like ghosts.

ETA: I just saw the post above mine while I was proofreading mine, and it's so funny that we both feel the same about each other's signs! I feel the way about scorpios that you do about aqua men, so I get it!

A few weeks ago we had to go to a funeral.
Once seated, my friend and I saw our male (Aqua-feb 14) friend sitting next to this really attractive blonde girl.
I said, "who is 'Tom' sitting with?"
My friend replied, "I don't know, they aren't talking, so, probably just someone who was already seated there."
And I didn't think any more of it.
After the funeral was over, everyone went to a bar.
A few hours later, my girlfriend was teasing, 'Tom' about the mysterious blonde woman next to him at the funeral (she was really, really, pretty!) And he says, "UMM, that was my wife!!"

Now, how the heck do you know someone for 10 years, socially, and not know they are married!!! LOL!!

We didn't believe him, then he broke out his wallet and sure enough there she was, with their two children, which we also knew nothing about!!

Weird!

Aquarians are just a lot of grief.

I always feel like with Aquarians there is a pane of
glas and they are one side ad I'm the other.

My mother is Aquarius and I have no recollection of het hugging me nor being close to me on any level!

I think Gemini is like tha too though. I never saw my Gemini step mother show any affection to her daughter at all!

Well, I'm here to tell you some good things about Aqua men. My bf is Aqua, Feb 5/64 actually, and he's amazing. Quite honestly, this is the best relationship I've ever had in my life. He's honest and devoted and completely committed. He tells me I'm beautiful All the time, he's wonderful with both my children and his children, he communicates amazingly well and actually gets me to open up about things. I was soo worried about actually getting involved with him because I'd read so many negative things about Aqua's and especially about Aqua/Pisces(me) relationships but ours couldn't be better.

We've been dating for two years in July, we've been looking for houses (big enough to hold us and 5 kids) and I'm sure one day we'll be married and grow old together.

Good luck with your Aqua!

So funny!

We are VERY private people. There's probably a lot you don't know about him that you wouldn't understand why he'd keep private; real normal stuff, but we keep things to ourselves a lot.

I'm an Aqua/Gem Rising and not very affectionate. It weirds me out and I feel awkward initiating contact. My mother has an Aqua Moon, though, and forces hugs/kisses out of me.

I'm not. I overshare. I tell everyone intimate details about my life. I don't see the point in keeping things "mysterious" and I don't get defensive when people ask me things about my life. In fact I hate when people say to me "it's none of your business!!" as if me asking questions about their lives is somehow an attack. I use stories and personal experiences to make myself more relateable.

The typical aqua is very private. Maybe it's a man thing, I am more like a man than a woman in most ways.

I've also noted the secrecy preferred by the typical Aqua.

quote:
Nine, I know you are talking about Sun-Moon, or maybe Sun-ASC

It was Sun-Moon.

In about six months or so, my pMoon will enter Aquarius...should be interesting.

Nine,

My p.Venus goes into aqua in a few months!! I think I already feel the difference, but I am not sure if it's my pAC changing into cancer recently or my p.venus about to change into aqua....

I just saw your other post. I really dislike the LDR. I need to have something real, I need to see the person.

I have Sun/Uranus (rulers of H1 & H7 to boot) and this sums me up perfectly.

oh reading about progressions, my p.Venus is 14 Aquarius and p. Moon @ 1 Aquarius, this may add to the above

If this is how you yelled at him, I can't blame him. No one likes to be yelled at. But maybe you had a good reason.

He has a pisces moon. He would be sensitive.

They are hard people. If you love hard playing games you can handle that but if you are sensitive not!!
I am scorpio sun and although many libra and saggy elements in my chart ;and an aqua man who has many saggy in 7 house and 8 th house we are different levels.
They like logic, show your mental level, intellectuality and detach sides..They adore and love free and social people in general..But yes aqua men are shy..I dont know how woman are...
