I think you owe them some amount of politeness and tact when you say "no" the first time. I wouldn't be harsh towards someone if it's unwarranted. But in this case it's clearly warranted.

Well, I did meet with him to have coffee. Long story short, i told him friendship was the only thing i could offer him.

I asserted myself.

I don't know who said this, but there was a comment that if he can't respect my boundaries i don't need a friend like that-- Agreed. I was thinking exactly that on my walk to Starbucks. And that's where i'm at now.

Uranus in 5th cannot be the only cause, otherwise millions of ladies will be chased continuously for 7 years!

Willing this pursuit to stop is also not the right thing to do, because it implies that you are wishing to lose your attractiveness.

Out of the Box Solution: Wear a fake diamond ring, and pretend your husband is a Marine or working in Haiti's reconstruction.

Astrologically, you must check transits to Draconic chart to make sure nothing karmic is going on here. If we had pursued others like crazy in a past life, then at some stage we will get chased too. The awareness of this alone will help minimize the pursuits.

Transit Sun, Neptune, Chiron, Jupiter and Venus are conjuncting my Drac Uranus, Neptune and Saturn? That doesn't sound like it should be causing all of this hubbub. Transit Saturn is widely conjunct my Drac Sun, and Transit Pluto is widely opp my Drac Mars? I just don't know..

I think I'm going to just claim lesbian-hood for the next.. however long... Although Koiflower did tell me that if i visualize attracting a certain type of partner then that's the type of partner i will find? BAH! I don't knowwwwww!

- Usually on the job front, with people who have influence over my career...I find that nothing really works honestly, but you calling it quits right before you know your about to be fired *shrug*. For those it's more about power & control, forcing you into submission. It's just games & fun for them regardless of them or you being married/involved. As per mathematical astrology, The Natal Chart is radiating very strong sexuality:
Scorpio Asc
Pluto in first, very close to Asc
Mars in Taurus
Sun T-Square Pluto-Mars
Mercury conj Aphrodite exact in 10th, biggest culprit. You may be thinking attractively, and aggressively abou say career, but the chaser type male misunderstands this to be you thinking of attracting him mentally, whilst saying no verbally.

Karmic Stuff:
Natal has a very dangerous aspect, Saturn exactly opposing Venus-Chiron. I have a case where the native was traumatized in childhood, but it was a different house.
Now, this aspect is being exactly conjunct by Transit North Node, meaning South Node or Past Life events/people are actively "Chironing" your Venus. Which is why I am saying not to make yourself wish you were unattractive because that would manifest as a very negative and hurtful event.

Tr Uranus in 5th is not the issue, Tr Uranus in 5th conjunct Natal KARMA along with NN opp Venus is another problem.

Mars becoming direct will alleviate plenty of problems. APHRODITE moving into 8th will attract more karmic chasers though, but this will stop once Aphrodite reaches 9th.
