Absolutely spot on. WE may not see our blind spots, but others may. Actually the 12th house is the house, when the sun slowly rises (until it reaches the Midheaven at midday) - all of the houses between ASC and MC are very visible for outsiders.
Whereas the 4th house resonates with midnight; in a way the 4th house stuff may be more hidden than 12th house stuff to other people.
Check the charts of some famous people - not all of course. But many will have strong 12th house placements like for example Madonna, if I remember it rightly. IP: Logged |

I think I always want to know what is behind surface things cuz of the 8th house placements. I was wondering if it is hard for you to know WHAT you are feeling cuz of the 12th house moon. Do you feel your feelings are hidden from you?
Well I'm relatively new to astrology and have never paid much thought to the houses particularly, until checking out Lara's link! My Moon is in Cancer so I always chalked up the intensity of my feelings to be due to that. I do find that when I feel something is wrong I usually don't notice it outright or know what is causing it- I'll just realize I feel 'off', but with a bit of reflection I can find my feelings. Lara- I was born about an hour from here, but pretty much raised in Sedona. I just checked my boyfriend's houses, because like I said I never paid them much attention, and yikes! He has Sun, Mercury, Mars in 12th House and Jupiter, Uranus, and Neptune in the 8th. He grew up here too. IP: Logged |

You just have to remember the degree of my Sun and add one, Lara.
The GC is 26 Sagittarius; the SGC is around 1 Libra I think, but not sure about that one.

I have 2 transneptunian dwarf planets in my 12th - Makemake and Haumea. The latter is rising in my chart. using koch and equal house systems, Ceres is also in 12th using whole sign, Ceres,South Lunar Node,Makemake are in my 12th Raymond

I have a wide Jupiter/Saturn conjunction (5) in Virgo/Libra... and it felt so bloody like punishment until I was able to align more with the Jupiter. I used to have daydreams about those planets too! Somehow when I was really young listening to and watching the LP spin around reminded me of the rings of Saturn I think and then it was like I was there.Anyway.... house of meditation?
I read that Saturn in 12th house is indicative of a spiritual practice. The sabian symbol for my jupiter ...A Seeker After Occult Knowledge Is Reading An Ancient Scroll Which Illumines His Mind and Saturn... Around A Campfire A Group Of Young People Sit In Spiritual Communion hmmm seems like spiritual practice from my current past life?
Also Jupiter rules my 3rd house of thoughts/communication/neighbours/cousins
and Saturn rules my 4th house of family roots/emotions
and this is definitely where I felt imprisoned in my life.
Now I'm currenting the Saturn transit and I think I may have sorted out the balance between Jupiter/Saturn. Lara
Alot of placements in the 12th house and north node there can mean last life on Earth? I think someone posted the possibility of this on LL some time ago.

Lara,you seem...reeeally...outgoing for someone with a 12H stellium. lol. I dont really think my 12H Sun has ever been beneficial. It was definitely tough while growing up, but I've grown used to it by now. I do find that others have more of an issue with my 12H Sun, especially if they really want to get to know me on a deeper level. IP: Logged |
