I'm guessing the boy and the girl in the bottom pic, because they both look the youngest and because the bottom pic girl doesn't really look like the top pic girl. Then again fraternal twins could be both girls and don't have to look alike.

The top girl looks like Britney Spears, actually. I'm jealous, I don't look like anyone famous

Actually speaking of twins, I knew a set once, fraternal twin girls. Both Scorp sun conjunct Scorp rising, and come to think of it, they both had squinty eyes . They looked a lot alike, the only difference their weight, hair and eye colour. They were born 2 minutes apart. One had sun in 1st and the other had sun in 12th. They were honestly interesting to see! Everything else in their chart was the same, even house cusps, just the sun changed house.

Wrong.

The Sun sign can be seen in the bone structure of the face (all Gemini Suns have high cheekbones for example), the Moon sign in the eyes (Libra Moon has bubbly eyes, Scorpio Moon has penetrating eyes, Sag Moon has jovial eyes, etc.), and the ascendant in the face outline and energy (mutable risings have rectangular faces, fixed risings have square faces, cardinal risings have round faces). What the site said about Pluto and Neptune is also true. Leo Plutos have a very glamorous and confident look, Virgo Plutos have the stereotypical techie, handyman, or athletics coach look (the females have a very Puritan look), Libra Plutos have the stereotypical model or diplomat look, Scorpio Plutos have a very deep look, etc. and I do notice the femininity and depth in feminine Plutos, as well as the difference in facial feature quality between feminine and masculine Neptunes. I don't know any Scorpio Plutos that look like David Beckham, and I don't know any Libra Plutos that look like Justin Bieber for example. Two completely different generational energies, and it shows in their appearances.

Javier Bardem (Sun in Pisces) looks like Jeffrey Morgan(Sun in Taurus). The latter guy however has Draconic Sun in Pisces.

I think there could be something in planets having some influence. I notice that Sun in Gemini often look like they're stuck in high school-looks wise. Sun in Cap are mostly quite lean and Taurus(Venus influence) can certainly be very attractive.

Scorpio Sun are often quite hairy or appear shades darker than other members of the family whilst Sun in Libra(also influenced by Venus) have a physically proportionate body(sometimes a large derriere even with men)

The astrologer who rectified my chart says dwads have an influence on looks. That is how one twim can appear a shade more attractive than another. And also how even though people share genes, there seems to always be that one whom is the most blessed(looks wise).

My Sag Neptune, I  agree to the long legs but not big feet. Now my toes, 'I think' look funky. lol

My Pluto is Earth driven. Whew!
