Please share your Neptune aspects and how they effect you.
If anyone can help me understand mine better,I would be very appreciative.
My Neptune is in the 12th house in Libra.It sextiles Pluto and the NN.
It trines my Gemini Sun and Gem Mercury which are in the eighth house.
It square Uranus(1 degree),Mars(9degrees) in Cancer in the 9th house.
It squares Jupiter(6 degrees) in Leo the 10th house.
I KNOW this is a lot of information and I am sorry to be so detailed.
I am trying to get my feet on the ground more. I feel like I live with my feet dangling close to the ground but can never reach it.
I pray bad things don't happen cuz I feel unable to cope with real life earth issues.

It allows for free escapism, real travel is so darned expensive.
But seriously...a good read for you might be"The Twelfth House - The Hidden Power in the Horoscope" - by Karen Hamaker-Zondag I'm guessing you may be a gifted to express the "hidden" as an artist...have you done any Art therapy? It may be great for healing some of your traumas and can in turn heal others by your sharing it with the world.

I have Neptune in sag h5 square moon in Virgo h1. I think this aspect may hinder me more than help me. I think it may fog things up alot of the time causing disappointment. IP: Logged |

My neptune is in capricorn in the fourth, square my libra venus in the second. It also trines my virgo ascendant, squares my mars in the first and sextiles my libran sun in the third. I hate my neptunian ways lol. Im a daydreamer....always thinking about things never taking any action. I sometimes can overcome this by leaning hard on my earthy mars trine moon but it's not easy....I have a lot of addictions aswell....mostly surrounding food lol.IP: Logged |

i'm a neptunian/12th house lady.i've got neptune conjunct ascendent and jupiter from the 12th house, all square my 3rd house moon. also, uranus is conjunct the 12th house cusp. i identify with both 11th and 12th house placements, by i'm an aquarius so... anyhow,i'm definitely the creative type. i've worked in a prison before, teaching theatre and music. my dreams have always been vivid. i can remember dreams beginning when i was 4! i've very perceptive and tend to no peoples motives and feelings without them telling. i'm really good at verbalizing peoples thoughts and feelings they they are having trouble with. (not quite sure if thats neptunian) the not so good is that its square my moon and my moon rules my 7th house. i've found that people have always been in love with the idea of me being quirky and being a free spirit but when it gets serious, they want me to conform. people show up and live in my life without warning.i've experienced lots of deception in relationships but i've also experience the sublime. i'm hoping that i can experience more the of the high octaves of neptunes manifestation in my relationships... My Neptune makes me unfocused and living in my head too much sometimes. I usually end up putting this stuff down to paper in a creative way (writing) otherwise I go crazy. I do have earth in my chart, which helps...but sometimes I'm content to live in my head for most of the day. I'm amazed I get stuff done at all. I love music in the most deepest way possible, and that might have to do with my Moon trining Neptune. And as I mentioned in another thread, when I began drinking...I loved being drunk too much. That's why I rarely ever touch alcohol anymore. It also affects my dreams in the most freakiest ways possible. I get messages, and see events before they happen (a.k.a Deja Vu). It's not even like a once in a blue moon thing....it happens very often. My Neptune's in the 12th, trine Moon and opposite my Mercury/Juno/and Chiron. IP: Logged |

Hi, Ami, my Neptune is in loose conjunction with my Moon in 8 house Scorpio. It's wild. I live in my own dream world. I escape. I do wake up when I have to and get things done thanx to my other planetary positions, but I would rather not to, if it makes sense. I am fine as it is, inside my bauble. I need my resting place to go to and forget about the harsh reality. But I always said no to drugs, as I know I have an addictive personality. IP: Logged |

That depends on what's considered to be wacky, by the person who's describing me that way.  I have to go, but my aspects are: Neptune trine Jupiter and my Midheaven, inconjunct Saturn. I also have Mars in Pisces, aspecting several parts of my chart.

Hi ami,
I have neptune opposing my natal moon and north node on my IC and MC. I am so unrealistic it's not funny.
I believe I was probbaly born with this combination because my dad has a libra sun and pisces moon. He refuses to see the "ugly" in any situation and would rather believe all is well. I on the other hand do not believe anything I don't want to. I refuse to accept things I don't like. It affects me that much that when my friends die I don't go to their funerals (even family) because I would rather just think they went away and I lost contact. Another example is I am in disbelief there is anything wrong with my knee. I went for my MRI last night but nobody cries getting an xray done, but i whinged and sooked the whole time because I cant escape reality then and I cant imagine or believe I am fne anymore because I will have hard evidence/proof of what's wrong with my knee. I am so upset when I find out things arn't as they seem when I get a hit of reality. Everything from the real world freaks me out. Tiny ridiculous things people don't even think about where they just move on with their lives and accept as normal are not always normal for me. If I love and care about someone I make excuses for that person too. I drag lots of people into my unrealistic world of fantasy. Not only does my own imagination give me anxiety my mind is always actively dreaming and creating stories and illusions. I also have neptune trine venus and sextile pluto and saturn. IP: Logged |

and i bet you wern't this bad before too ami. You know why because we both have some crazy neptune transits right now. The last 2 years since it started applying to our personal planets slowly creeping up on us.That's how I felt anyway. take the good with the bad,
at least we can say Neptune gives us something that's more than this material world could offer,
if you've had a dreary day to day existence then Neptune coming to life is a dream come true~

I do need to retreat to my shell, when I'm stressed, and I love to daydream, get lost in books, movies, etc... I used to get lost in artwork. Drawing and painting pulled me through some tough times, in the past. What I was referring to earlier, is that there are people who think anyone into astrology is wacky. The same goes for the tarot, for spiritual and/or religious beliefs/reincarnation. Then there are the vegetarians and vegans, those who think of certain 'normal' things as doing more harm than good (pesticides, vaccinations). I pretty much fit all of the above. I barely drink alcohol, and have never wanted to be drunk (when I had food poisoning, as a teenager, the room spun on me, and I wondered why anyone would do that to themselves on purpose). I loathe drugs, and the effects they can have on people (as well as alcoholism). IP: Logged |

How funny is it now that talking about religion/higher power, etc. is practically taboo?? does anyone else get this feeling? i can't discuss my spiritual/supernatural/whatever you'd like to call them experiences because people do look at you strange because you've had contact with something beyond! some will confide their stories sometimes but think of it in the Western press, in the media if you say you saw something/heard something from another realm you are labeled a crazy person full-stop. Sure it's OK to talk about religion in the manner of furthering a human ego cause, like it is all over the papers, but for that personal spiritual connection *the real thing* you can't say it.I really hope Neptune going into Pisces will change a lot of that and make our experiences more acceptable,
just like Neptune in Aquarius has done for alternative energy, etc. IP: Logged |

I live in LA LA land... Probably more than a Pisces... Im always imagining my day or my events.
Also Im extremely sensitive to medicine. Its recovery faster if I dont take any medication verses if I do, bc medicine makes me even sicker, it takes another week to recover from the medicine. I can't even drink alcohol, I skip the good time effects and go straight to the sleepy/dizzy effects. BLAHHHHH IP: Logged |

I have Neptune in my first house with Uranus and Mars. Conjunct Mars. And conjunct Uranus, but its 5 orb so, yeah.  Not sure I need to say more :P And semi-square my sun....not sure what that one mean, not familiar with those aspects.------------------

Ooooh man, there is nothing like getting lost in a good book (mercury opposite neptune here) or a good movie (moon trine neptune).
And I guess you're right, anyone who is interested in things considered non-practical or realistic by our Western Society is considered whacky. We all obviously are studying astrology here, and some of us here meditate with the Tarot and other spiritual stuff. So the answer would be most definitely yes, Neptune makes me whacky. IP: Logged |
