Which sign values it the most?

I demand absolute loyalty from my closest associates and intimates. Petty slights from acquaintances don't bother me but even the slightest betrayal from friends or family sends me into a tailspin. Admittedly, betrayal can be something as simple as not agreeing with me when I believe I'm on the side of truth and justice.

But betrayal is my worst fear! I am so paranoid and suspicious, I hate this about myself. I demand absolute loyalty and when someone is not loyal it's like a dagger to the heart, especially since I am so incredibly faithful to those I love. If they are wrong I will gently counsel them towards the path of right but I would never publically or openly disagree with them about something. And in matters of the heart your loyalty better be unquestioned or else. Boy oh boy can I hold a grudge!

I am a Virgo, I thought we were supposed to be fairly even-tempered but I'm not at all. I'm passionate to the point of volatility. I know my Taurus Moon makes me very fixed and stubborn and perhaps determined to always be right, but what makes it hurt me SO BAD when I feel as though someone has betrayed me? And why is it so easy to see betrayal in the smallest things?

If you are my friend, family member, or lover I expect you to be on my side in an argument and if I have an enemy it's like "How DARE you take their side. Get out of my life you traitor!" The only way to get around being exiled is if you have tried to talk to me about it calmly or rationally and decided to remain neutral. But if you exhibit the slightest inkling of favoritism towards the other party I get sooooooo mad.

I know I sound like a tyrant and maybe I am, because if I could make everyone in my life sign an oath of allegiance I would.

I am absolutely and unquestionably loyal and expect you to be loyal in return. Period, the end.

This just doesn't jive with what I know of Virgo and mutable signs, this attitude that I have, it has to be something else.

Does anyone else feel this way or am I just loony?

Are you guys saying this because you have had experience with these signs or because you have placements there?

Raspberri---Ok. I was thinking maybe it was the Mars in Leo but maybe not, there seems to be a consensus about Earth/Water. Which is interesting because earth is supposed to be so...steady. Water I can understand because of the emotional element. I have a really foul temper, I think I need anger management I'm ashamed to say. I hold stuff in to long and then it comes out in these devastating explosions of rage and everyone seeks shelter because they don't know where it's coming from. I feel awful about it.

That reminds me of Linda's belief that Virgo's true ruler hadn't been found yet. Vulcan seems so fitting. At least for me. I don't feel like a typical Virgo at all, I never have. I exhibit some of the traits but I feel like a failure at being a Virgo LOL.

I'm a taurus.
My man is a taurus. He's a scorp moon. I have jacksh1t in Scorpio...
we are BOTH unbelievably loyal and we hold loyalty higher than anything else in this world lol

I've never actually met a taurean who felt differently about loyalty. I have met scorpio's who have, as friends, been disloyal but then maybe they were having an airy fairy day/week/month/lifetime

I consider myself one of the most loyal people. Scorpio with an 8th moon in Taurus.

I would agree with this

My answer is from experience and my own placements. I'm a Cancer with a Virgo Moon/8th house who demands absolute loyalty or nothing at all. I can't do in betweens unless I don't feel that strongly about you.

Theres a difference between being loyal to someone and kissing their arse..and lately I realise most people have a arse kissing demand..

And I usually give them two middle fingers.._V_

Im loyal if we can see eye to eye..not eye to arse..

I am Virgo Sun in 8th, Pisces Moon in 3rd, Capricorn Rising Saturn in Aquarius 1st house Rx

As a Pisces Moon person I have to be careful of these shady people, who say they're loyal, but in reality they're manipulative people searching for a subordinate..

Tauruses have been known to cheat you know lol so I guess it depends on the individual.

My ex was a cancer sun with scorp moon... But he cheated on me.
He had merc and venus in gemini. Merc and Sun in third house lol. Venus conjunct mercury.

His moon conjunct pluto in 7th house in scorp so I guess the gem influences are really strong.

I'm an earth sun and air (libra) moon, venus and merc. My only water aspect is jupiter in cancer and pluto in scorp (in 8th house). I think I'm very loyal. My IC is in cancer.

I wouldn't want a butt kisser as a partner or a friend, and I don't think that's what anyone here is thinking of.

My first thought was Capricorn.
I definitely value it.

I also have Taurus Ven. opposite Scorpio Pluto lol
But I have a feeling it's more my Capricorn side that values loyalty. (or "demands" loyalty - I should say).

LOL Lara, just being honest! I should get kicked out of the Super Special Virgo Club.

8th house is coming up a lot. I am wondering if this is more a Pluto issue than I originally thought. I have Venus in Scorpio in the 8th house & Pluto in Libra in the 8th but I was ignoring Venus because this isn't just a romance thing, it's how I approach life in general.

Pluto/8th house/Scorpio/Taurus...hmmmm. The 3rd house has been mentioned a few times too.

SOV - I was reading the rest of your post.

I guess loyalty to me is just someone I can COUNT on to be there through thick and thin - someone who really gets me. It's important to me that they are reliable.
What puts me off most is - if someone seems unreliable or self-centered and not holding up their end of the friendship. For instance - if they are always asking for help but refusing to help me when I need something myself.

When it comes to disagreements - unless these are regarding my personal life - I don't expect loyalty. Anyone can have their own opinions so if they disagreed with me and agreed with another person I was arguing with - it wouldn't bother me.

I just cant mess with more than one person.. i want to give that one person all my attention, even if, I dont have strong feelings...

I cheated on one boyfriend, I felt sooo guilty I broke up with him two days later... I couldnt stand the guilt...

I would never forgive cheating.... I would walk away, and never look back.. Which yes I have done!

Scorpio. IF you have their trust and you don't do anything to break it. They will be the loyalist person.

Betty Boop,

I know a lot of Capricorns and I would have to agree with you. I actually have an ex-Capricorn boss who cried when one of my former coworkers left. They were very close and she didn't resent her for leaving, it was more like she felt like she should have talked to her about it first and gotten the "ok" from her to go. She actually told me that she felt like she "deserved" the courtesy of being told about her desire to move on instead of being tendered a resignation. She actually used the word "betray"...I had no idea she was so emotional up until that point, I was shocked! She came across as a very stoic individual up until that point, but I know she herself is very loyal to her boss and has had several opportunities for other career moves and has always talked to him about it and allowed him to convince her to stay. I guess she expected the same courtesy.

LOL @ vertiver..."stable" Leo Suns...what happens with "unstable" Leos?

Leos fascinate me...I wish I knew more of them. My boss is a Leo. Being around her is like hearing sirens approaching...you always know something exciting is about to happen and want to get closer to take a look. She is very warm and sparkly, although can leave a room feeling a little tornadoish after she leaves
