quote: oh wow, anne of green gables, about the most arien girl in literature! the red hair, the impulsive escapades and disasters that followed...the incessant talk! loved her to death, but then the book was written from her point of view, and that does make most of the difference!and i dunno when the last time i said oh wow was!
I can't believe I didn't peg her for an Aries. I loved her, too. IP: Logged |

I loved Anne of Green Gables! Omg. I think she has sag or aqua too, because she reminded me of me in a lot of ways. And I am still waiting to hear what happened, ffs!

I found the TV movie on Youtube. I'll have to watch it, if my computer holds up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gdb_CNWLFjg&feature=&p=D8C73854F35816F8&index=0&playne xt=1 Diana, I only saw the first post, just before leaving the board, and then saw several last night, when things heated up. I thought Lara meant well with her post (I think it was just the way in which she said it), although I could also see why a few people responded in the way that they did. I can't really tell you much more, sorry. I know that when I get that upset, there's usually something else going on with me. She said that she was trying to encourage people to take positive action in their lives, from what I remember. IP: Logged |

oh, that doesn't sound like a thread that would get bad, but I don't want a rehash, because I don't want to start anything up. I just wanted to know the subject. Yeah, usually when people get emotional it's a final straw situation, I get like that, but it's usually a subject that they're passionate about too. IP: Logged |

I loved Anne of Green Gables as well....not as much as I did Gilbert Blythe though She's very Arien, quite a hot tempered lass. I can guess the influence other signs in her - a dose of Aquarius for her initial aloof treatment of her suitors & some Pisces for her poetic nature/romanticism. My guess - Sun in Aries, Mercury in Pisces, Venus in Aquarius & Mars in Aries IP: Logged |

I'm a Leo Ascendant, Aries Sun, Libra Moon... with a 3rd house stellium: Pluto, Mars, Moon and Saturn in Libra vs. Sun and Mercury (in Aries) in 9th...So, I can be pretty intense. Thankfully, Saturn oppositions and conjunctions cool and slow me down, and add a bit of seriousness and responsibility, as well. IP: Logged |

Lol yeah, this is what I experience with an Aqua-guy who has NO water in chart AND an exact Mars/Mercury conjunction in Aqua. It's really nice to be with him AS LONG as it's Surface-Talk! Once I was telling him a painful story about my past and suddenly he interrupted me and said; "Please stop, I can't FEEL with your pain, maybe I don't know you well enough yet .." Well, a bit confused for being interrupted I could also appreciate his honesty. I got to know this fast speaker better (not at all a drama king!).. well, the interruptions turned out to be inherent in him so... as a surface-talker he can amuse me which can be nice sometimes but that's it.

Yes, Mir, the more I see people with little water, the more I am happy with my chart. It must be awful not to be able to feel what other people are going through. You would be like an alien, in a way. I have no earth but have Saturn in the 1st house trine Mars so that helps ------------------ Pluto conjunct Dejanira, Girlfriend. IP: Logged |

I know Ami Anne! How awful must it be not to FEEL other peoples emotional anguish, huh? (BTW, as i'm sure you know earth is the only element that holds and uses water in its original state whereas all the other elements change water or destroy it. Cool huh?) Anyway, I am just so so SO grateful that all my empathetic planets are in a water-ruled PISCES 8th house !!!! I LOVE that my 4th house IC cj telephus/psyche is ruled by scorpio, with neptune there cj IC in 3rd and cancer ruling my 12th with my moon in the 'watery' pisces-ruled 8th is just the icing on the cake for me. Water water everywhere and not a drop to drink. :P PS. Thanks for the comments guys, so complimentary of you all to perceive me as so dramatic lol Just to clear up a few misunderstandings here, I can't abide drama, self pity nor fights but if you accuse me of something out of that is totall unfounded and just spiteful then l will fight to the death for justice. So if that is dramatic, so be it. Keywords for me are: Passionate, honesty, trustworthy, opinionated, blunt, open-hearted, 100% all the way. Why would l give a bit of myself when l can give all?
WOW and i'm even now likened to Hitler too! pmsl all sounds very Eva Braun'ish IP: Logged |

Yes it is... this guy is now 33 years old and he hasn't had a girlfriend/sex in 15 years, while he's so terribly longing for it/intimacy. I can so very well imagine why he gets rejected by women all the time .. it's really sad yeah.. but he's simply not able to meet a woman's basic/emotional need.

There is one man who has been in love with me for 10 years. His Neptune is on my ASC, exact. I don't think he sees me with all my facets, many of which I don't think he would like such as my Cancer moon going in to shells lol He has no water except Neptune, a generational planet. My gut told me that this man would be awful for me. Now,my guy is water filled lol------------------ Pluto conjunct Dejanira, Girlfriend. IP: Logged |

Lara, nooo - no more dramatic than myself, anyhow. And you're right: those words you used can be considered by others to be too dramatic. That's why I mentioned my Aries Sun, and not utilizing its more assertive energies in a positive way for myself (in my own thread, the other night), just keeping to myself, or trying to fix myself. You know? *edit. These posts weren't all about you. People were talking about themselves, or people they know, for the most part. IP: Logged |
