Although I act more Scorpio+Aqua than Libra Sun I still have annoying Libran tendencies at my core.

If someone or something is bothering me I will automatically try to pretend or convince myself that it is all right. Sometimes I do not have the fight when something happens to me IMMEDIATELY. I also contribute this to Cancer Mars just a little bit. Because it takes time for it to sink into me as unfair or wrong, and THEN I explode.

I also have an annoying habit of trying to please others just slightly. It's more of a surface thing than a real desire. I automatically am charming and accommodating but just as easily as that switch goes on, man it can go off fast! I will easily drop that part of my personality if someone seems undeserving of it. I also think this is what makes people believe I am friendlier than I actually am. I am compassionate but detached... so my ability to charm on the surface like someone very Venusian is not really who I am. It's more of a defense mechanism to ensure things go my way. Don't get me wrong, I am not mean or nasty. I just use this charm to ensure things go smoothly, but it can feel mechanical and forced at times.

Finally, as a Libra at the core I often feel a little guilty if I have to ask too much of a friend for companionship and support. Sometimes I worry they will dislike me for seeming needy even though in retrospect I am never actually exhibiting neediness. Also, I have a way of feeling like I am always the one doing the contacting and communicating and not the other way around in friendships, not all but many, which drives me CRAZY. In this way, I do feel I give and give and they only take. It is usually only with friendships, not romantic relationships or close familial ones...

Sweet Scorpion, everything you mentioned is talking about the balance in relationships, quite Libra.

My Aries friend said I have a problem with confrontation and facing my problems directly. This was a while ago, but something I've kept with me. I kind of do, now that I ponder on it. I don't really approach anything directly if I'm veracious. Ive noticed my most basic approach usually is a manipulative/coy one. (Perhaps thats my mars in scorpio?)
If something bothers me I casually wait for it to go away or manipulate the situation so it no longer does that which bothers me. Sometimes however a flat out Aries approach should be cultivated. A Libra/individual shouldn't bend themselves to such an extent to keep the peace that they reach a point of suffering. That's something a Venus dominant may do. I wanted to confront the person and expound, but every time I attempted to do so, they would humiliate me. So I was confronted with a choice. Which did I value more? For some situations we must make sacrifices. I was the one to rather suffer silently over something I'd soon get over then to ruin my entire reputation over a misunderstanding with obnoxious homo sapiens. It's not wimpy in my viewpoint, rather objective and time savvy. Albeit the suffering part was kind of blah.
Aries who holds dignity very close to their heart would never let someone get away with such grievances. They'd never stand for that.(could be my natal jup square saturn) W.E. lol
So for that reason I admire Aries.

...is ideal.

hahaha don't mind me. I've recently forged a very close bond with a girl who is a September-born Libra, as well as becoming very good friends with a Libra male. I don't know why all these Libras are being put in my path right now, but I embrace it as they seem to be people who just understand where I'm coming from and understand the true nature of friendship. Particularly the girl, she feels like a kindred spirit, have you ever met someone and hit it off with them IMMEDIATELY? That's my relationship with this Libra. In fact I have been online less because we've been inseparable. Maybe it's all the seventh-house energy in my chart that makes me really appreciate them (Libras), but I totally get why they are the sign of the scales - they have the ability to truly keep you in balance. They offer honesty with the right amount of diplomacy, steady companionship without overwhelming you.

In conclusion, Libras are the bomb. lol.

I'm a Libra and often feel that way with fellow Libras, especially if they have a Libra Mercury. It's easy for me to get along with my fellow scales people. They just 'get' me.

Likewise. I usually have the best conversations and interactions with fellow Libras. Their insights and wordly views on a variety of subjects matches my own interests and thus we usually have a healthy exchange of experiences and our perspectives on different matters.

Scorpios and Libras are two signs that always manage to hold my genuine interest .

The other things that I like about fellow Libras, in addition to what you said, and that I think make it easy to get along with them, is that they are (a) social/like people and (b) are usually good at communication. I value those two things highly and other Libras are usually very good at giving it.
