Doux Rêve,You are really good in astrology, in fact I am really a bit socially reserved and shy and serious and I do have strong and intense feelings for those people who I admire and like in my life. I read about Virgo moon as you mentioned you that you have Moon in Virgo and it says that those people are always intellectually involved with everything which seems quite true to me reading your posts! It also says that Virgo Moon people are always concerned for others and help people solve problems using their analytical skills and always requiring things to be done in high standards and a sense of perfectionism. And that you are kind, sociable and loyal person. And I am sure that my Moon also likes your Venus and that's why we became friends on here. Plus we have something in common, very important, we both like Cancer boys hehe. Have a nice day, lots of love. IP: Logged |

Wow, it looks like other people with IC in Aqua have had similar experiences! My childhood was very cold and I felt very detached from the rest of my family. Never had a close relationship with my parents or my siblings. We never hug each other. Deep inside I do seem to be able to relate to Aqua more than any other sign. Tradition has always bothered me and marriage has never appealed one bit. My partner is wonderful and I don't ever wanna leave him but I can feel my Aqua IC making me feel bored with non-changing situations. I am very humanitarian and have always loved animals. Aqua is my least favorite sign cuz I have known too many who spout humanitarian rhetoric but will hit an old lady rather than help her cross the street . Ami, I can totally relate to that. A lot of my friends are aquas and are really insensitive and uncaring. Not all aquas are like that, tho. My father is an aqua and he is very kind and sweet, even though he doesn't like to admit it. Geri, you're such a sweetheart. Thank you very much for your kind words. And wow you learn fast ! That's a very good thing, keep learning about astrology, it's a great tool to improve your life, as it helps understand lots of things about yourself, others and life in general. It seems to me that your guy has a Virgo Moon too. Or Libra.. depending on his birth time. NeptuneIllusion, Thanks for your insight

IC at 15Sco conjunct my stellium...I'm Pluto to the core (sounds like rotten to the core :P)I too consider the IC to be the most personal point in the chart, the core of our soul, a mirror of our deepest feelings. My stellium expresses itself very profoundly because of this placement. ------------------ NO FEAR. NO DOUBT. NO DISBELIEF. Free your mind... IP: Logged |

This is very interesting because I know nothing about the IC and MC. My IC is in Libra and my MC in Aries at 22.51.10. My childhood was nice and full of friends, but also frustrating when my parents divorced when I was 11 because my mom cheated on my dad. He wanted to work it out but she didn't want to and we moved across the country and she married the other man. I never once saw my parents fight (they were always polite to one another when we were around) and I tend to be overly polite and diplomatic at times (very Libran). My 5 brothers and sisters were also like friends to me and we are all very close. As a teen, I was involved in lots of extra-curricular activities (cheer, volleyball, speech and debate, student leadership...), so I was always around my friends. I am 35 and still very close to many of my high school friends. I have never thought of myself as having Libra being representative of my deepest self. I do really like Libras, though. Nor have I ever viewed myself as becoming an Aries, my MC. The funny thing is that I am SURROUNDED by Aries and as a Cancer, that can get rough. Aries seem drawn to me for my sensitivity and I'm drawn to them for their courage, but we irk each other like none other, too I do love them, though.IP: Logged |

I don't know about it being my deepest self. It is definitely my most hidden self but I don't think that equates to being the deepest inquisitively. Frankly, my IC is my most BORING self imo IP: Logged |

My 4th house is Leo and I’m very proud and cocky. I brag unintentionally of course and I just flaunt things. I flaunt other people in my life as well I just am pleased with circumstancesI brag about my family and my home And that’s something I see in myself maybe it’s not always apparent to others IP: Logged |

What I have read is that your 4th house is the most vulnerable and deepest part of you since its natural ruler is the moon and all, ofcourse the IC is important, is ruled by one of the luminaries. If you don't like the deepest part of you then the deepest part of you needs love and help with healing some wounds.l had a client say while crying that she does not want to be like her mother and hates that she looks like her. There are parts of herself she is rejecting and trying to suppress bc they remind her of her mother but in order for her to love herself fully she has to accept those parts of her too and integrate them into her personality in a positive way. She needs to honor that part of her and accept it in order to heal and love herself fully. IP: Logged |

@hypatia 238Does that client have Moon in 6th house Scorpio? Or perhaps Chiron on Moon? Moon/Mars? Moon/Pluto? I have always thought the 4th house as gaining more momentum in relevance as one ages After we have gone through wanting external ambitions(usually when young) , our older years are spent reflecting and looking more inwards. Ofcourse with certain Ic placements i.e Aries Ic,Cap Ic,Scorpio Ic ,Aqua Ic and Gemini Ic etc. Life may still be very active post the midlife mark. If Venus/Moon is in the 4th house, a marriage much later in life may occur. More especially if Moon/Venus rules the 7th or is in the 7th. With Saturn/Mars in the 4th, the desire to work and make contributions in society is still as strong as ever. With Uranus/Sun in the 4th, a complete personality overhaul is likely. Some shocking revelation to family members when older i.e ' I am gay' etc. My Ic is Cancer. The ruler conjuncts the Ic from the 3rd but rules the 4th. Getting moodier or sensitive as one grows older is often the interpretation of this position. The sentimental old man who reminisces a lot of the "good old days" and cries when they see pictures of the bygone years is characteristic of this placement. As is a desire to have a peaceful unperturbed home life to retire into. But with Moon in 3rd there is also the unquenchable desire to explore, teach, explain or write. So it is unlikely that as an old man, I will live in the same place. The conjunction of Moon on Ic can change residences often. This is even more so given that Jupiter(exalted ruler of the 4th) is in the 9th and in Sag: I might even live abroad or at-least very far from my homeland.

My IC is in Pisces and I guess it does feel like my deepest self after thought. I am very much in my own head and I daydream all the time. All the time. Seriously. I am pretty idealistic in life and need a reality check often. As for childhood, as 4th is ruled by moon and I have a Cap moon, I would say yes to this. My childhood was cold and austere. Neither of my parents were overly affectionate and they were both in their own world and were pretty disciplinary. IP: Logged |
