Well, do they? There's a high chance that your Leo friends do aspect your Moon, Venus or Mars in some way. I don't see how this doesn't make sense to you. Your observations are surface level and lack nuances. I'm saying you may have to dig a little deeper to find out why you connect with someone.

You're not looking hard enough. They could have Leo SNs or Leo could be in their 4th house (or 7th). There are any number of reasons why people feel closer to certain signs, and most of those reasons are more compelling than "BECAUSE I HAVE A WATER SIGN I LIKE FIRE SIGNS" or whatever point you're trying to make. I've noticed a preponderance of people with Virgo placements in my own life and I have no Virgo in my chart at first glance, but then you notice my South Node and my IC/4th house are in Virgo. I've also noticed Leo Risings tend to gravitate toward me because I have an Aqua Sun and fall into their 7th house.

For YOU, you feel close to Leos not because you're a Cancer (which doesn't even make any sense because semi-sextile signs don't traditionally mean sh*t) but because you have Moon, Venus and Mars spread out in Leo. You have plenty in common with Leos.

I'm close to my Scorpio Best Friend because most of her planets fall into my 5th (and vice versa), her MC is almost conjunct my ASC, her NN is conjunct my Venus, my Mars conjuncts her Venus, my Moon conjuncts her Mars and her ASC is conjunct my SN. She's the only Scorpio Sun close to me.

My Cap Best Friend has her Venus conjunct my Sun and Mercury and trine my Moon, and her MC is loosely conjunct my ASC. Her ASC is also conjunct my SN.

Case #2: Girl born 3 days after me-also a cancer, her best friend = Libra.

Case #3: My Dad = Cancer, his best friend = Aquarius

Case #4: Cancerian classmate, her best friend = Virgo.

Case #5: Famous athelete-Cancer, his closest friend = Aries.

For the record, I don't like fire-heavy men, I find them arrogant, bossy, and very egocentric in way reminiscent of a 3 year old child. Not attractive at all. I'm also water heavy with a mercurial moon and venus so intellectual and emotional spark keeps me around in the longterm over the 'firey' spark aaaanyday. The *spark* only keeps me around for about 5 minutes, and then I get bored.

Im not sure what the disagreement is about?
How leo/Cancer's get along?????? Or how Fire gets along better with water????

Runaround screaming I cant speak for you, I can only speak from my personal experiences.

I dont personally get along with heavily fire people, If they are a mix of water and fire, then we get along great..

Me and fire people is just to much fire for us to get along... Especially with men..

I dont meet to many cancer people, when I do it takes me a VERY long time to talk to them... It took me 2 years to befriend a cancer female at work...

Maybe its because my SN is in Cancer... Maybe subconsciously I dont want to...

My eros and Asc is in Pisces.. I am drawn to pisces placements... Even in female friends.
I just think they are adorable..

I have Uranus in H7 so I met alot of Aqua Mars (male and female)

Scorpio's- I get along with but only as friends..
I only dated on Scorpio and he bored the heck out of me...
Maybe because all that Scorpio squares my Leo.
So prob not a good idea anyways..

I guess having Moon and NN in the same sign makes it easier (faster) to get there...

You know I rememeber 88 what an important year for me... Wow... Looking at your chart shows me my transits for then.. No wonder..

your vertex on my sn
your chiron on my venus

etc etc..

Plus you have Mars sq Neptune..
