It's only after I posted my last response that I realized I actually left out a Chiron description! If the second option is most like him, he would have Chiron in 4th, putting his rising in Sagittarius entirely!
BUT... It wouldn't be fair of me to let out another possible house position. Could you just tell me if this would apply to him more than the Chiron in 4th house description? Or would that one still hold better? Chiron: You can show other people how to take care of their finances better than you take care of your own. In fact, your own finances could be a mess. Sometimes, this placement can make for a miser, but the money collected never brings any pleasure or get rid of the inner fear that there will be no resources. Most likely, this is because the person has a low sense of self-worth and feels that they don't really deserve any money or possessions. In other cases, they may squander or give away what they have for the same reason. It is important to remember that if there are problems with money or possessions, that these are most likely not the real issue. The sense of self-worth is the key here.

And a few more questions. Which fits better?1: gives an emotional need to be on stage, but, since the Moon rules moods, this alternates with a desire to withdraw into a shell and be alone. The romantic interests will tend to be on the moody side and will either want to "mother" you (even the men) or be mothered by you. Be careful as this placement tends to attract "whiny" types. 2: means that you heart has to be in your work in order to get anything done, and you must be given appreciation for what you do. Couldn’t that apply to anyone? Not nearly as much as it does to you. You have to "shine" where you work. So do the people who work for you. They tend to be dramatic and showy. AND (the first one was a different planet, of course):
1: tends to delay marriage. In fact, if you have this one, don’t get married or even live with someone (other than a roommate) until you are at least twenty nine years old. Early marriages will slowly decay and fail. I’ve seen this in over 90% of the cases. The partner may be older by at least seven years, and if not a Capricorn, then at least a Capricorn type, solid, dependable, conservative in their private life. Marriage may be for money or security. Watch out. That one frequently backfires on you. Conversely, you yourself may become more practical and hard working after marriage. What this placement definitely does NOT favor is a spur of the moment marriage for romantic reasons to someone you just met. (remember, where they say "you", what is really meant is him because it's his placement ) 2: wants control. I call this one the "I tie you up, you tie me up" position. No, Saturn here does not deny sex. It just wants to plan and control it and is generally not spontaneous. Saturn here can cause difficulties and delays with credit matters and inheritances. Because of early problems in this area, those with Saturn in the eighth house are frequently sticklers about these things. You probably manage other people’s money better than you manage your own and are firm on social rules. (Damn that last one sounds confusingly much like Chiron in the 2nd house... ) ------------------ [Insert catchy signature here.] IP: Logged |

Awwwww! Good to hear you're already feeling better! It does seem like there's something going around all over Europe though - not the time of year to get sick ------------------ [Insert catchy signature here.] IP: Logged |

Ok I'm back. Regarding Chiron, I've been thinking about it and i'd now actually say number 3........ 3: If you need romantic advice, go to someone who has Chiron in this house. Please don't ask them about their own love life, as that would embarrass them. You can also go to people who have this placement for advise on children, sports and games, gambling, and the stock market. Realistically, one does have to look at the rest of the chart because, after all, about one out of twelve people have this Chiron. And you wouldn't, of course, ask a five-year old who had it for advise. But this placement is generally good for counseling in those areas. Just remember to do as they say, but don't do as they do. Chiron in this house can make for folks who are great coaches, helping players to perform better than they themselves could. It could also show people who are great with kids, but either have chronic troubles with their own, or have none of their own. This can be an indicator that you can train your children to be happier and more successful than you ever could. Watch out though. If Chiron is afflicted, you will drive your kids to succeed in the areas that you would have liked to succeed in but that they don't really like at all. The most frustrating one is the great lover who can always satisfy their partner better than they themselves could be satisfied. ------------------ Does that muck things up now? sorry...
Ps - the addiction thing is becoming more obvious now... (not with the alcohol) I could see that he could possible struggle more than the average person with addictions. IP: Logged |

Well, if that's most accurate, then he'd definitely be Sagittarius rising! I'll have to check again to see where that puts his other planets... ------------------ [Insert catchy signature here.] IP: Logged |

And, that would mean he was born before 1 am... that's a very long shot considering he reckons he's born around 3 am... ------------------ [Insert catchy signature here.] IP: Logged |

My feeling says Capricorn, but what I have to go on with what I know from what you said: Sagittarius. Half past midnight I'm probably completely off though, I'm better at this when I know the person personally

I know!! He really 'threw' us! Hmmm, I guess that would mean he's a pretty sensitive guy, huh?? One that would need a lot of attention and affection or not? (he's on the inside, I'm on the outside) IP: Logged |

He had us all running in circles though, he's a meanie Just joking! I did notice a few interesting things: 1) You have opposite risings (in my recent experience something like that usually backfires ) 2) You have Uranus opposite Chiron! And so does he! (I'm saying it and I'll say it again, it's the most common aspect in anyone's chart) 3) He has his moon opposite your Uranus 4) You have your moon conjunct his Uranus! 5) And opposing Jupiters ------------------ [Insert catchy signature here.] IP: Logged |

To be honest?I don't really know myself From my personal experience, someone with an opposite rising to your own, especially when all the other house cusps are also in opposite signs, you just never see eye to eye on any front. Opposite Jupiters I can only imagine that either one's luck means the complete opposite for the other, or completely different cultural backgrounds... Uranus is the planet of surprise or swift changes, so I suspect conjunct Moon is that he might make you a bit... emm confused about your feelings? I don't know, I'm not very good at synastry myself...

No kidding those estimates are really off, wow! My guy just handed over his birth certificate on Friday it read 7:10 pm and when I had asked him before his mother had said 6:30 am, but she had 5 kids and was in her 60s. Come on now, that;s like 5 signs away! It's too weird, cos now it really all falls into place, my guy carries around a lil notebook with a pen everywhere to make 10 million lists all day long and does not like not adhering to the schedule, turns out he has Virgo Asc, so now I'm really in for it, lol. Great that you found out! BTW I am opposite with my guy too, I'm Leo Asc he's Aqua Sun, I'm Pisces Sun he's Virgo Asc. It may be more opposite than I'd like and it turns out his Moon squares my Merc which I can completely see. I'd rather have a Masculine Asc partner, but we shall see.... IP: Logged |
