Chiron is opposite Pluto and Uranus in Virgo 4th house and yes I would see I have wounds in early family life particularly with my mom.
I have no planets in the 7th and my 7th is ruled by Jupiter which is exactly 30 degrees from my Chiron. Other than that I don't see any 7th house linkage

I also have Chiron opposite Uranus and Pluto. Both are in the 7th House. Many years ago I got myself into a complicated relationship and it ended badly.
