I hope I can ask this here and get some responses. P Merc has been on 0d Aqua for a while now. I think it's going rx into Cap after a while rather than going into Aqua for good.
Merc rules my 5th (Gem cusp) and 8th (Virgo cusp). P Merc in my 12th (Cap/Aqua).
Any ideas?

I value Progressions. A lot actually.
I pay attention the progressed venus, meaning what a person needs from a relationship present time.
Progressed ascendant aspects, like saturn or uranus would make a huge difference.
I'm sure others.. but these are really a lot more noticeable.

Oh and aspects from saturn to the moon
