I've noticed this with all the earth signs. Most people don't notice it because we often put a wall up and try to stay strong and smile, usually for others sakes. We want to be the rock they lean on. In my experience earth signs are more sensitive than water signs. I love water signs but they can be very low level and unevolved with their emotions. We seem to be just as sensitive, but have a better handle on those emotions. ....maybe just a different more quiet was of dealing with things....deeper and longer lasting......in a more strong and solid way. Virgos smolder.......in a way that Scorpios only wish they could.I will try to think of a way to put this into words better..... ...it's something i've noticed anyway. & I've been close to many of both signs. i am also a fan of my opposite Scorpio, in general. But Virgos are just sexy ..... naturally.... IP: Logged |

This is really really accurate! Esp since I have a libra stellium too. I have only been in love once, and it didn't end well, so now I'm pretty wary of everything. But I know that one day I will love again. And GAWD is the guy gonna be a lucky boy haha.

Yeah earth signs are sensitive. They just don't broadcast it to the world and have their heart on their sleeve. IP: Logged |

I don't think I have ever agreed with a comment more on LL. Virgo's sexual allure is severely underrated IP: Logged |

Virgos are very similar to Scorpios. They both tend to get to the bottom of things and play detectives. Also in the way that they keep their emotions hidden and no one really knows whats going on underneath. IP: Logged |

I've noticed similarities with .....um....sign skips....?Virgo - Scorpio (skipping Libra) Taurus - Pisces (Aries) How so? Maybe I'll explain it in another thread. Ive thought about it through the years, but didnt put my thoughts together enough on it.. But the similarities or energy is there. Perhaps it's just the sextile energy, but I notice more with signs that are only one sign away, especially. IP: Logged |

Besides being inwardly intense, scorpio and virgo aren't that similar at all. And taurus and pisces are really different energies too. One's stubborn, reliable and grounded, the other is idealistic, wishy washy and passive??

The only Virgo I've known well, that I can think of, was nicknamed The Underwear Queen by an Aries friend of the family who is still close (and keeps bugging me to visit). I wonder what her other placements were. She was very showy, and unfortunately not good at her chosen profession. She was obsessed with one man, and then hit on my father, in front of my mother - twice, after he ignored her first advance. Used us as a hotel, and admitted when it was close to her time to go back to England, that she'd thought we would be the only way she would get to see California. She was supposed to keep an eye on our house, and let the young woman move in without permission, with her kids - the one who destroyed our house and it ended up going to foreclosure, because she hardly ever came up with the rent. Anyone says Aries, and you get internet tomatoes thrown at you. I wish I could think of a better example. A nicer example. IP: Logged |

I like people with a combination of Leo/Virgo in their chart (other than Virgo Merc).. I think they can be very passionate & they are extra affectionate as well IP: Logged |

Yeah. Who cares what anyone thinks anyway? All these stereotypes are pure nonsense. Earth signs get defecated on. I'm so immune to it by now. Just do your own thing. Yeah. I'm dull and boring. Ok. Too bad you're aching for a ride in my whip though. Lol. IP: Logged |

Teasel, I've known a few pretty good relationships work out between Aries and Virgo, oddly enough.a cardinal and a mutible.....earth and fire.... who wouldve thunk it? apparently they work out well together though. & i realize that wasnt was your post was about, but I'm being random and mentioning it anyway.. lol That Virgo you know, had to have had Venus in Leo. LOL IP: Logged |

But Neptune is the higher octave of Venus!! Don't forget! Really, there are more similarities, but this is not the time or the thread. IP: Logged |

Sashar- That was a wonderful representation of Virgo. quote: i mean yea you do,but geeze, im only going from the virgos i know,so if your a virgo dont get offended, but the virgo guys i know have high high standards as far as looks in women, and the virgo women i know,my mom is a virgo, they except everything to be perfectly choreographed, the man either calls too much or too little, shows to much affection or to little etc.
Yeah... Virgos often seem to have the Goldie Locks' Syndrome. We don't want the porridge too hot or too cold- we want it JUUUUUUST right. And honestly- based on my friends of other signs (ESPECIALLY water signs), that's the way to be. I see so many people around me put themselves into crazy crazy relationships that they know aren't going to work from the outset only to be hurt and upset (blaming the other person), when they knew it from the beginning! Many (not all) Virgos refuse to put themselves through that. We know what we want and what we don't want. Some Virgos go overboard with it or are shallow about it, but that's going to be true with any sign- there will be extremes. IP: Logged |

Seriously if you want true love then it's not the flamboyant ones in the zodiac.A virgo is what I call still waters. It may be still but it runs deep. My mom is a Virgo. Yeah she nags but then so do I and most other women I know. lol One thing about her is she's very dedicated and will ask you a million tiems if you want more to eat or if you've worn socks lol. Relationship wise I think she isn't demanding....to a fault. She simply dedicates herself and naively expects that in return. She can be very romantic and secretly is a wishful gal. She'll get teary eyed while watching a moving storyline. She sounds like an apt philosopher at times too hehe. I do think Virgos aren't given the recognition as being great lovers. She doesn't play mind games, no manipulation, no arrogance, no showing off, no wandering eye. Just an honest person, who lives a simple life with basic desires. The most important is to be cared and loved. Trust me surprise a Virgo with gifts from teh heart and you'll see what I mean. I love Virgos!! hehe Also, don't break a Virgo's heart. They spend so much time looking for hte best ot give their hearts too. If you break it then it's gone. It's hard for them to find it again.....I think deep down they want ot be pampered and have someone as dedicated as them. That would be nice wouldn't it? Virgo's are very selfless. Don't use them be delicate with em. They are gentle creatures that need just as much... no actually more loving than they can provide only they never mention it...never. IP: Logged |
