Please help me interpret. My North Node in Cancer in 5th House exact Conjunct wife's Ascendant also in Cancer. Wife's North Node in Aries in 10th House exact Conjunct my Jupiter in 2nd House also in Aries. My North Node Squares Wife's North Node. My North Node Sextiles Wife's Venus in 3rd House in Virgo. My North Node Sextiles Wife's Saturn in Aries in 10th House. Wife's North Node Squares my Mars in 11th House in Capricorn. Wife's North Node Squares my Part of Fortune in 5th House in Cancer. Not much to add here.All I know is your NN is your agenda in this life. That which must be done. The SN is inner talents. Those things that come easy or naturally to you. Look to the moon (NN ruler) and its house placement for clues on NN issues. Also, revisit the ages of 18 & 36. Issues that came up then were pushing you towards your NN. Pushing only IF you were not on the right path. IP: Logged |

Hi YTA, Your NN shows the path you want to take in this lifetime to evolve so these aspects can work in your favor.The SN is your Karmic Node and shows where you've been and how you're working through it, If you have strong SN aspects (and you do) with your lovely wife then this will show a past life connection. Your NN conjunct her Ascendant (& SN conjunct Desc) suggest that you are working together to attain your goals. Any SN conjunctions? IP: Logged |

There is some confusion on my part as to which absorbs and which radiates. I know the NN is said to be a positive/Jupiter point, and the SN a negative/Saturn point. However I will go out on a limb and say the NN is what you need - it's an absorption point. Any planets here will be beneficial. Your wife's Asc conj your NN shows her image and outlook is an asset to you. Your SN is a radiant point. As the store of your karma and hidden talents, this is what you have to offer. Planets making aspects here will take from you. Or you will freely offer up. So a NN in Cancer, SN in Capricorn could be read as; I need Cancer things. In return I will give you Capricorn things. Thus, all aspects to your NN shows what you take from her, is offered, or made available to you. Planets/points/aspects to your SN shows what you give in return. IP: Logged |

I'm trying to find out about NN squares. I have bunch of them with someone but no idea what to make of them.
His NN conjuncts my saturn, squares my uranus, chiron and ascendant. His NN trine mine.
My NN conjuncts his moon but squares his mars and sextile his sun. Anyone? Would be very grateful for an insight...IP: Logged |

Ive read that the nodes conj asc Or desc in synastry is one of the strongest and most positive aspects two people can have. I agree with this, my fiance and I have my nn conj his desc 0* and we believe we are soulmates and so quickly too. I have never had such a powerful and instantanious bond with anyone else ever. My bestfriend and her husband also believe they are soulmates and she has her nn on his asc 1*.IP: Logged |

At the age of 18, i met a guy, whose SN is exactly conjunct my Moon, it is still pulling me backwards, cause our past issues are still here, how is it supposed to move me forward?  IP: Logged |

I have nodal connections with my boyfriend and his son. My moon conjuncts their SN (they're NN are conjunct), his son's Saturn conjuncts my NN, my SN conjuncts my boyfriend's Pluto exact, my bf's asteroid Child conjuncts my NN. I've read that SN connections are a comfortable but not productive. How do you suppose SN-Pluto works? And Saturn-NN I assume is karmic but what do you think?My NN is in ARies 2nd house; his is Virgo 9th house. IP: Logged |

That was brilliant, Nine! You have added to my understanding of the nodes and to my understanding of myself because my nodes are squaring my sun and my ascendant, so I have this grand cross, and it's been a challenge to integrate these energies. IP: Logged |
