I hate onoriginal mainstream pop music. I hate lyrics like 'Boom bang bang you are so beautiful let's **** ' and stuff like that. That superficiality..hate it.

I like skramz, punk/hardcore (and early 2000s pop punk), and metal. I also like mainstream hip hop and pop. My taste in music is kind of all over the place.

Favorite artists: M83, Saves the Day, Rihanna, The Knife/Fever Ray, Beach House, Circle Takes the Square, Cerebral Ballzy, Trash Talk, Leftover Crack, Against Me, Municipal Waste, Thou, R Kelly, 2 Chainz, Bjork, Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, blah blah blah

I don't really hate anything. I'm kind of over generic indie rock/pop. BORING.

I also love the ethnic music of my background, reggae, salsa, hiphop, Metallica, Nirvana, and Distrubed. I will even listen to rap music occasionally depending on my mood. Lol so yes I am very much ecceltic, I even love River Dance and Celtic music.

i listen to mostly the stuff that i listened to growing up (because my dad got me into it)...mostly 90s alternative rock and metal like Tool, Alice in Chains, White Zombie, Type o Negative, etc...

i'm a huge metal fan but i hate most new metal and new rock, like Nickelback..EWWWW. i like dark, brooding, slow heavy melodic rock with intelligent lyrics.

i also love electronic and industrial like Nine Inch Nails. and dubstep. and trance. techno. drum n bass. if it has a good melody and good beat, i like it.

i typically dislike rap, i especially hate lil wayne and most anything played on the radio for the idiot masses.

i also love certain bluegrass, reggae, old country, some hip hop, some hipster sh*t lol..just depends on the sound. i like songs that sound sad, aggressive, or emotional. i love minor chords.

Kurt Cobain was incredible, I cried when he passed. Same for tupac, a legend. Totally agree re lil wayne. I heard he was arrested again. He should tell the judge "got money & you know it" lol

Wow... our music tastes are 75-80% compatible. That's kind of uncommon for me.

I have my 3rd house ruler, Uranus, in the 2nd con. Neptune and contacting my Virgo Moon and a lot of Scorpio planets. Saturn in Pisces is in the 3rd. I wonder if I love Kurt Cobain so much myself since he was a Pisces, and his Sun is conjunct my Saturn here... although this aspect makes my heart literally heavy with regret and mourning for him even now, and empathy, I still feel it adds to the connection to the artist factor along with Moon-Pluto.

Uranus influencing my 3rd makes me love eclectic music too. I'm a huge Bjork fan. I love foreign music but nothing too pop or superficial. My H3 Saturn also trines Scorp Mercury which cuts my tastes to the quick... intense lyrics, innovativeness and nothing bubblegum for me. I hate Top Hits music and Niki Minaj kind of stuff too.

Bjork is amazing and so cute all of the intricate little sounds make me happy.Kurt cobain was a really sweet tortured perfectly human soul and that really got to during puberty lol, I have a pisces Ac and I believe he has a scorpio mars as do I. btw I also have a mercury in scorpio

Yeah I have similar music taste to you as well, but I'm really into 80's Goth like Sister's of Mercy, Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins, I love all the 4AD bands from the 80's.
