personnaly i can take it. but it hurts my Libran etiquette when i watch him handle other staff members.

he throws comments like "what is this stpidity" or "what kind of trash is this" or the most popular "it's not rocket science"!!!!

my dad once gave me one of those ridiculous sexist comments about being a good house wife and sh*t. anyway i gave him a piece of my mind and he never mentioned it again.

once, my boss got real upset about some stupid mistake an employee did. he asked me to fetch her so that he can "tell her a few words" i was like "um i can talk to her if you'd like" he smiled and looked up from his glasses and said "don't worry i won't be too mean to her" .. atleast he admits it..

It doesn't mean I like you any less. I may even like you more if you show that you're OK with your imperfections. After all, we all have them, right? Linda Goodman explains it very well in her "Sun Signs."

It is in Sag's nature to get carried away, or push boundaries. How they do that is generally determined by their other planetary arrangements (especially planets like Mars or Saturn when it comes to leadership). Your boss certainly sounds like a douchenozzle regardless of his sign, but as a Sag (possibly with Neptune close to his Sun) he may just be flying around the room on auto-pilot, without much control over his actions.

If you have a personal rapport with your boss and are a rare "Amazonian Confrontational Libra", you could always bring it up casually by asking if his comments are intended as a joke. I think people forget that part of Sagittarius's essential life challenge is to reign their self in and cowboy break their psychotic horse of a personality. It doesn't mean Sagi's require special allowances (in fact they need to be checked regularly, that's why horse trainers have whips and spurs), it just means Sagi's are a bit "autistic", we are born without boundaries or filters (in fact, having no filters feels natural and free to us. From our perspective, boundaries feel quite unnatural...everyone should try just being whatever springs out of their being at any given time), and have to learn to curb our self into a socially acceptable form. We love being corrected as long as 1) the person does it in a lighthearted and nonchalant way 2) The correction is presented not as a challenge to the Sagittarian's character, but as a simple nip or tap.

Having Mars in Leo myself, I progress best if others treat me like a cat. Try to force me to do things your way and I will not be a happy kitty, but playfully guide me in figuring it out on my own (or let me believe I figured it out on my own if you don't have the patience lol) and you can essentially lead me around by my nose.

I wouldn't chock his being a Sag up to much more than his lack of comprehension and remorse for his actions.

Ehmmm...WRONG!...*Loud buzzing noise*

I have Neptune siting on top of my Sun by less than a 1 degree orb and I definitely don't feel like I am on auto-pilot.

In fact, quite the opposite, I feel like I absorb other people's feelings and moods a lot[whether spoken or unspoken]

Back to the issue at hand...

I often find people who are condescending or throw comments like that around, to be deeply insecure about their own intelligence and thus projecting that insecurity on the errors and mistakes that they see others make.

My boss is a Sag and two of the colleagues I work alongside with are also Sag's, but we couldn't be more different in our approach at work.

The one sag has a Sag moon too and Saturn sitting on top of her Sun-she is so damne conservative and structured.A perfectionist in the annoying sense of the word and I have to bite my tongue form lashing out at her due to irritation at times.

The other one is very focused on his work too but more relaxed in his approach. He has a Gemini moon; which often gives him this cool aloof demeanor. He knows a great deal of things though and can go into great detail explaining them(yikes!)

My boss is NOT the ideal boss; let alone employee. He gives very vague instructions and you have to "make out" what he is trying to say or what he actually wants. He is also very restless and takes short cuts ; leaving the responsible Sag(the Saturn one) to tie up the loose ends. He depends very heavily on her.

Being insensitive and a douche has nothing to do with sign but a lot with the maturity of the individual concerned.
