Yay! My main burning question is do Scorpions in general like playing mind games or do they do it unintentionally? I got the gaze mastered down, but I'll go to that next.  ------------------

BothWe naturally have hidden motives and like people who we can have something to gain from. Either emotionally, financially etc If someone is not doing what we want we will do subtle things to get the results we want. All the while we give off a take it or leave it kinda of vibe. As if we don't care either way when in reality we do. This comes from the fact that we know we can always get what we want but would rather not exert the extra energy if not needed. IP: Logged |

That is a good analogy and explanation butterfly, thank you. I got this Scorp who is confusing the ever living jeebies out of me. He started off with that whole staring gaze y'all do, and that's what grabbed my attention. He hardly ever said two words but I picked up on that and figured he's paying attention to me for some reason. In your theory you are saying he wants something from me? I'll continue with the rest afterwards.  ------------------

My inherent nature is to be manipulative, if its something small that doesnt really effect anyone on an emotional level then I dont mind. I try my best to avoid using manipulation on people when there are upset emotions but, sometimes I feel like no matter what I do I will either hurt them or both hurt and manipulate them.To avoid manipulating I just stop talking to them, my emotions actually seem like the manipulative energy in situations like that, so its best to avoid contact.Im not sure if this is considered a mind game but I also am very strategic in gathering information without people realizing it. If theres a point in a conversation where I can ask a question that seems appropriate for the moment, so as not to stand out, but the answer can also give me some information that Ive wanted, then will ask them and file that information away.Then when the time comes that they are hiding something I will recognize it, if i want to be close to them I will let them know I think heir hiding something, then when they admit it, I will tell them what I think theyre hiding. They will be impressed with how well I know them, and hopefully feel more comfotable.opening up to me in the future. ------------------

Do you stare at her numerously time after time? I'd been going to a joint and the dude is all eyeballs on me. I'm guessing he likes me and wants to know who I am? Even though he makes no effort to communicate with me? lol------------------

Yeah he wants to meet you. He may be shy, I wont do anything either lol. I have locked eyes with girls for very long periods of time, it can be intoxicating. Have you stared into his eyes much?

Yes, actually I have talked to him several times. He will never go out of his way to communicate with me, just checks me out and pays attention to me and what I'm conversing about with whomever I'm with. He's always very genuine and sweet to me. It always surprises me when he reacts like this. He seems like the kind of person who is hard headed and would not care one way or another anything to do with me, yet he's always very polite. That gets me. But then he always does the impossible, he will either cut me off or walk away from me. He does that to everyone so that's nothing personal but it annoys me. He's played several games with me already, or at least I think they are. I will elaborate in another post. ------------------

This Scorpio's eyes are amazing. I always want to tell him that but I never do because it's a public place and I don't want to draw any attention to either of us, so I stay mute on the subject. I'm a sucker when it comes to blue eyes and he always looks directly into mine when speaking and it's weird because it seems he sees into me. At times yes it is intoxicating and I have to look away. How can someone stare that long? Or that much? Unless you know them, you know? lol------------------

Here's my story in short. This guy got my attention by gazing at me, and I in return found him attractive so I was always studying him in return. For a long time this went on until one day I decided to talk to him and find out if he was the Owner, and indeed he is. We were playing innocent games on each other back and forth, he'd do something and I'd return the gesture for instance, walking away from me while I'm talking so I did that as well. He set me up plenty of times and I managed to turn everything he did around and back on him. It actually has been kind of fun. I'm in the middle of the Atlantic. I've been confused the entire time dealing with this guy. Over all I feel like he wants to get to know me and I have this strong driving force that just wants to hug him, but he makes it so impossible to do, because he's always running away from me! I've been very observant too. I don't know what this guy wants from me is my main confusion. So he's been acting like he wants to know me but at the same time he keeps running away from me. I don't get it. Talk about a major mind game! None the less, why would he spend so much time paying attention to me, just to leave me hanging? I really don't understand him. I'm very intuitive about feeling people out. And I can't with this guy! Urgh!!!

I'm sorry you feel this way but your scorpio guy is only human after all. I don't think he's playing with you, he's just testing the waters a bit so please don't start your own games.
Put your pride aside if you really like him, make him understand who you are, be open and honest with your feelings even if he can't be. The best part with water signs is you don' have to talk much, they read your body language better than anyone and it may be enough for a shy person, if you are one. They pick up your mood and feelings just by looking at you so no need to worry he won't get the messages. 
Personally when i met my scorpio guy we were both very reserved and shy. I have a scorpio asc and i can be closed with my emotions to the point of becoming ridiculous..but around him it came naturally expressing myself.
It took me some time to make him trust me. Eventually i got really bored of the situation and of those games. I mean it was very comfortable for him to watch me doing all the "work" like a spectator, while i was struggling to figure out everything by my own so from that point we talked openly and remained togheter. Thank You. I worry about well just about everything. lol That runs in my blood. I am used to everything failing and usually right in front of my face. I had a post on here explaining my dilemma I am in which had me run into this Scorpio on accident. That problem isn't existent anyway, that Leo took off. Left me here to sort out everything by myself. I would've asked him centuries ago my ordeal, but he doesn't talk to me anymore. I'm sure everyone on here is much smarter then he is anyway. lol You mentioned you were bored with the games. I find myself in that same predicament. I am a Capricorn, if we are not stimulated, we get bored and annoyed and usually go elsewhere. I guess I have, I left that situation, but I haven't found anything better. lol ------------------

I'm a Scorpio.Don't play games with a Scorpio. They will always win, usually, by just shutting you out forever. If you like him, be nice to him. That's all. Don't play hard to get. It will just make a Scorpio not trust you. BTW, it sounds like he is no longer interested from what you've explained. If he's not making an effort to talk or come to you or ask you out and you have made yourself available, he's not interested. That doesn't make much sense ^ sorry. Well it kind of does, but it doesn't really answer my question. Wait, you did but I just don't see how that's the correct answer. I'm not playing any games with him, just returning the gesture. Ya'll say that Scorpions always win at games. They've never outwitted any Cap. In fact, no one has. I always manage to turn the dumb game around on them. If he was indeed playing one, he already lost because I am no longer there. If he never was, well then there isn't a problem in that sense. And people can be upforth and honest which does not seem like a hard task to do, right? If he "hated" me as you say, he would clearly indicate so. I do not get that vibe. If he "liked" me, he sure has a strange way of showing it. If I "didn't exist" well he wouldn't make it so obvious that I don't exist. lmao. This is why I am confused. I know he's not an idiot, and he knows what he is doing. He has no idea what he got himself into by starting this scene with me. I played along. Hey if he wanted my direct attention from the get go, he would have said something to me don't you think? Instead of slyly slowly conning me into his lair? I took the initiation to return everything that was handed out to me. If it is a game, well then he just got shot back with what he dished out. Simple. This Capricorn is not a game player, but she will always mirror and reflect what you are. If all else fails and people don't like what they see in me, they should take a look at themselves, because I always react to what they are. You treat me fair, I will do so in return. You treat me like junk, well I'll put you right back in your junk pile. It's all or nothing with Moi. If he were not interested at all, I would have totally gotten that vibe or those exact words. It is more like he's afraid of what I'm capable of or what I can actually do. Maybe it's not fear, maybe it's a fascination he can't answer in his own mind. I know for certain he is busy, for the most part. I also know he shies away from me for the most part as well. I'm talking about the WHOLE picture, not just a piece of it. He makes time for me when I confront him, and he's always sincere to me. I'm always surprised he is being as genuine as he is, for a few reasons only. I've not had anyone treat me so reasonably either. In all reality if I did what I have done to him to anyone else, they would tell me where to go. He has NOT done so, and I know for certain he is very capable of doing so. This is why I am confused. ------------------
