The Asc/1st house most specifically shows this, along with the sign and aspects of its ruling planet.

Also the Sun by sign and aspects. The Moon plays a role also, seen especially in the eyes and skin.

Arabic parts have nothing to do with physical appearance.

Each chart is different, so some people may show some pretty obvious qualities matching what is known for their Asc sign (or Sun sign).
