Saturn is in my Fourth house which is very me, the family home hasn't always been so great but for the future I would like to be within a nice family unit, it's just from the start of my life I've always had things happen to ruin it. Today I absolutely despise my extended family and I live with my mother, my father doesn't bother.

It's Quintile Sun, SesquiSquare ASC, Quincunx MC, Opposition Chiron and Sextile Neptune

Ceri said that the 2nd house can be a house of self esteem. I have struggled, a great deal, with trying to lift up my self esteem from childhood abuse.

So, perhaps, Chiron in the 2nd House may be financial woes, whereas Saturn may be struggles, with eventual maturity and the ability to overcome.
What do you think? I put that out there for discussion, as we are looking at both Chiron and Saturn in the Houses.
This should be interesting. Can't wait to hear from you

- indeed, the 2'nd house is also related to your sense of self-worth... your financial situation goes hand in hand with that.

Interesting. The quintile is an aspect of talent. Do you have a talent which stems from your childhood and even it
s struggles?

I have always been interested in Quintiles and biQuintiles

I think this specific Quintile relates to me knowing exactly what is going on in the home, my mother told me that most other children were completely clueless but with me, right from when I was young, I always knew exactly what was going on and you couldn't fool me, even with stories about Santa Claus, I totally knew that they were lies straight away. It's like I came into this life with ready made life experience. Even when I was around 8, I used to advise my mother and she said it was so shocking how everything I said was right and constructive.

I have two other Quintiles and four Bi-Quintiles

I have Saturn Rx in the 6th and I think that for me, it contributes to major depression and feeling like everyday life is a struggle. Its hard to explain, but I feel like work is hard, especially if its "easy" and the time drags onnnn and onnnn, and I just beg for things to do to keep me busy. I take my job VERYY seriously, and get internally critical of people who have no shame in slacking off, socializing and complaining. But darn it, I wish that was me sometimes, maybe then I wouldn't feel like working is such a darn chore.

On the other hard, I LOVE volunteering, helping people. Animal shelter, hospital, anything, as long as its my idea, but that part is probably Uranus Rx conjunct Saturn.

I go from extremes in my regimen. I go from a health freak, to junk food, well junkie. From flossing my teeth 4 times a day, to once. To using lotion non stop to, hardly ever. Same for my vitamin intake, same for my bed making, cleaning, cooking, and then back again. Umm that may also have to do with Neptune Rx in the 6th too tho. Over all, I'm working on building enough motivation to establish routine in my day to day life. The great thing about this chaos is that I have a lot of motivation to become a better person who has much to offer and share with another. I find it easy to change myself and grow internally.

I am open to other insights as well, as i'm only now learning about this house that no one talks about

I would say I need time, I have high standards/look for a quality, and I need a partner who's somewhat authoritative with me. One who has a backbone. I also think I tend to be guarded a lot towards others.

Sure my dear

Mercury Quintile Mars
This one for me is about my love of learning, right from when I was a child, I loved to learn, just like a typical Gemini, the presence of the Eighth House in this may relate to my love of learning the mysterious side of life, my love for astrology and the tarot fit in quite well with this as from when I was young, I loved learning about the sun signs and then when I was introduced to the natal chart, I was blown away, so much to learn and I'm still learning as there is so much. With Mars being in the Tenth House this may make a good career for me. I think this aspect has helped me keep my love for astrology because being the typical Gemini, my interests come and go quite quickly

I have Bi-Quintiles from Neptune to Mars and Mercury, this is an indication of my writing skills, I've always been quite creative and imaginative from a very early age

I've got North Node Quintile MC but I stuggle to find its meaning

I personally love the Quintile aspects and I don't think it is that much of a soft aspect as it is quite prominent, like Hitler's chart where he had a Grand Quintile, although for him he abused that power and talent when really you should use it in a constructive and creative way

My Saturn is in 26deg Libra - my 3rd house which I guess should indicate communication problems or structured thought..?

But it's also exactly conjunct my Mercury and Pluto so I suspect that I never feel Saturn energy on its own without these other 2 influences.

I can be an organised thinker/speaker. I'm known as a good communicator (when am I in the mood).

Any thoughts on the impact of all 3 planets conjunct in 3rd house?

I also have Saturn in the 6th (though not retrograde), along with Uranus and Neptune there too and I can really identify with what you wrote. Work can be quite difficult for me, especially when I have zero interest in it or that I find it boring. But I do take my job very seriously!! So I think work is very important and everyone should love theirs, but at the same time when I do something that I find boring or that has no purpose, I find myself really being dragged down by it and thus I take a looong time to do it(because then it is really like a chore)
With daily life I have a real efficiency problem. To begin with, I always postpone everything I plan to do. I always end up doing things another day. Also if I have to do something before a due date, I will very often wait until the deadline is so near, I basically just have to do it, which then creates major stress in me because I like work that is well done.
The thing is I always organize myself though, I have a planner with things that need to be done, when it needs to be done and how much time I have to spend on it but I never, ever respect it. It's a bit as if I need routine but I don't want it (saturn and uranus in the 6th maybe?). Same goes with health habits like exercising and all. I tell myself "okay so you're going to do this at *insert time* for *insert hours* but I never follow through ..
And it's also weird, when I lived by myself doing the daily chores really felt like a burden. I was always complaining out loud when I did it and was super tired right after it as if I had done the most tiring job ever. When I live with people though, chores are just a part of keeping things clean and living well, so I don't mind doing them, actually I'd be the one initiating stuff and act like the "mean, scolding mother" who tells you to do your bed and take care of your laundry and clean the dishes and all.. haha I have a lot of rules when it comes to this.

And I also love volunteering in hospitals and animal shelter (but I've never tried animal shelter yet). When I was really depressed last year and had lost all motivation to do anything at all, it was the one thing that made me get up. I was eager to do it and always felt satisfied when I was coming back from it. My sun is in the 6th also.

I am not sure if what I wrote is really relevant but I agree the 6th house is certainly one of the misunderstood house

I have capicorn cusp in the third house also NN in capicorn. Mastering this house is purpose in my life I think about it great deal of time and I can definitely see my old patterns (SN cancer) . Its a progress astrology opend my eyes.
No I don't have saturn conjucting neptune or uranus. I have neptune conjucting uranus. Saturn makes opposition to jupiter and squares mercury and venus trines moon and sextile sun.
Does having jupiter in the ninth house and sun in the fifth help me more in the creative area reducing the effect?

Interesting that you look for someone with a backbone i.e strong Saturn
That goes to the theory that one LOOKS FOR the 7th House planets in a partner.

Do you agree? Do you have asteroids there that you look for in a partner, too?

Saturn in Sagittarius Rx in the 5th house of Children, Fun, and Games. Great. -_-
I worry that I might not be able to bear my own babies. I read that it can just cause delays or would not be able to bear at all. T_T

Sometimes alittle too cautious, isnt that placement similiar to a Saturn/Mercury aspect?

I think there's room for the 7th house to be both!

I look for those, but after I learned more about the 7th house and the planets there I realized a lot of my friends fit my 7th house descriptions! For one, I tend to love fixed signs. I attribute that to Saturn. They're also responsible and have their lives together (another Saturn trait.) and are loyal to me. Half of my friends have body issues (I do too), or half of them keep in shape or strive towards health. But they're quirky, or we have on/off friendships, or they're extremely smart. That's Uranus. I haven't seen Neptune that much at play in my friendships, but I do attract water signs like white on rice, and sensitive, nurturing people. Oh, and some of my friends lead very grand lifestyles that I could only dream of.

What I don't understand is my 7th is ruled by Sagittarius but I notice the traits of the planets so much stronger.

As far as asteroids, I don't think so. But then again I'm not sure what asteroids to plug in because there's so many!
After plugging in the asteroids in the scroll bar at Astro.com, and my name...turns out I'M in my 7th house! So is Vesta. My name and Vesta are both in opposition with Chiron in Cancer in the 2nd. Also, Vesta trines my Moon in Taurus in the 11th. So much information, lol!

I am creative and have good ideas but then there is self doubt about these ideas and i can just not tell about them, when somebody else comes up with them, they are actually received by others as great.

I have exactly the same issues with Saturn being in my 5th house. I'm always doubting myself and whether or not stuff I make is good enough; I need reassurance to feel confident.

I've also heard that Saturn in the 5th brings about problems with childbirth/marriage, which is too bad because I love children and children seem to love me, as well. However, it must be with my Venus in the 5th paired with my Sagittarius sun.
