I knew a Gemini sun guy who was in professional boxing and wrestling, despite the fact that he was completely full of himself...he also enjoyed the job of beating people up for a living. When I had my first date with him...it was very easy to tell that he was extremely tense as an individual, needless to say I did not like him, when I rejected him for a second date he could not get over it and became very aggressive : that really put me off. So make your conclusions. I think Gemini men have the reputation of being cheaters as well while not quitting the aspect of possession.IP: Logged |

I was married to a gemini and he was very cruel! He called me the most horrible names, c***, being a regular one! One time he even spit on me....because i said my 3 year old son, his step son had beautiful long eyelashes and he took that to mean i was saying my sons eye lashes were better than his! IP: Logged |

geminis in my experience are very clingysome can be douchey but i havent rly experienced that from any of my gemini friends. gemini girls can be super cruel tho! catty ------------------

This is another matter of it depending on the person and environment, things outside of astrology basically. In my experience Geminis are actually quite timid signs and the worst thing they've ever done is simply quit speaking to me. That is how they voice their disapproval and/or abandon you. Both the Geminis I dated were not jealous types and said so. However, both of them had a Cancer moon and a Libra moon....two of the most jealous or possessive signs I met. I think they are jealous but they try not to feel so because it isn't logical or reasonable in their minds to be like that.IP: Logged |

No. Cancer men are the violent ones. Gemini men were the least likely to be arrested for violent crime, according to the FBI. They're all talk, essentially harmless. I mean, they're too fruity to be violent. Half of them come across as gay.IP: Logged |

some gemini men i've met, were usually verbally abusive.never towards me, but still it ****** me off to see them be soo disrespectful and inconsiderate of other peoples feelings. i've noticed that some of them LOVED to make fun of others, even friends. like if they knew you were insecure about something? omgg you're f*cked. none of them were physically violent though.and some of them were truly surprised when someone they had disrespected, would want to fight them lol. i've noticed that the verbally abusive ones, had sun/venus in gemini. or sun/mars in gemini, or more than two planets in gemini. and about cancer men being violent i agree...its crazyy.. but weirdly the gemini ones who were real nice and respectful, had venus in cancerIP: Logged |

My goodness with these Sun sign generalizations. Im a double Gemini (Gem Sun & Merc) and I am one of the most non-violent and nicest people you'd ever meet. I am also not a jealous or possessive person AND I have a Libra Moon.As a matter of fact, of all the Geminis I personally know (two who were born on the same day and same hospital as me), NONE of them are violent or any of these descriptions that are mentioned in this thread. However, I am sure there are some Gemini Suns out there that fit your description. I am also certain that there are also Cancers, Leos, Libras, Scorpios, Sagittarius, Capricorns, Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, and Taurus Sun signs that fit these descriptions as well. Back in 2008 when I first started coming to this site, I also was guilty of making these generalization threads about Virgos. That all stopped once I realized how ridiculous I was being making these sweeping generalizations against 1/12th of the world's population. And to go even further, I actually became REALLY close friends with a Virgo female that used to be on this forum. True, you can make any thread you want so long as it doesn't violate the rules, and I know that is only my personal experience, but we must also be mindful of others. ------------------

Sure... haven't u heard? Gemini have 2 dominant Planets (being 2) - Mars and Pluto... most are violent pimps, rapists, mobsters, serial killers - so maybe, it's advisable to stay as far away from a Gemini as possible unless you're in to S & M... they talk only with their fist and have a big passion for brutal violence... -_-IP: Logged |

This doesn't even make any sense. It's Scorpios that are ruled by Mars and Pluto. Geminis are ruled by Mercury. Are you high?

Anyways, as I was saying before, the FBI lists Cancer men as being the #1 sign in prison for crimes of passion. Matthew Fox is a Cancer and he punched a woman in her private parts last year and Dominic Monaghan, his costar on Lost called him a habitual woman beater.My best friend is a Taurus and when we met, she was dating a Cancer man who had thrown her up against her neighbour's door and would knock her around. I agree gemini is peaceful, but we are talking about the pure sign, and this doesnt exist. I think geminis are more prone to turn into their other dominant placements because the gemini sign is not a strong sign by itself.  ------------------

The pure sign - reflects "a child" and an "old man"... there is no "evil twin (that's a different story not related to astrology and Geminis)"...one (the child) likes to play games, he's in for the fun part of life... wile the other (the old man) is like Rodin's thinker - he likes to dabble with philosophies of the world and beyond... - there's no room for violence in a pure Gemini sign - violence it's against the character of a Gemini - as for the other Geminis (like - the majority)... comes from other places... look for Scorpio, Cancer, Capricorn and Mars placements... it's not about Gemini... but something else. My boyfriend is a verbally violent Gemini. It's because he has Saturn squaring his sun, mars, and Venus, and maybe even Uranus opp Mars, but not because he is Gemini. Perhaps the fact he is verbal and not physical is probably Gemini, though. He's a sweetie when he's not mad, but if you do something wrong... be prepared to be called anything offensive. IP: Logged |

Um...I am gonna have to call bs on this one. Sorry, Gemini men I have known CAN be verbally abusive towards their gfs, some of them, but they seem like this needs to be provoked or activated some way, otherwise they are too easygoing. A Mars-Saturn or Mars-Uranus aspect can change this in a HOT minute though.
If anything the MOST violent men I have ever known were usually water signs, usually Cancer.
