Honestly thumbs up for this thread I dont know why I didnt think of it myself, music plays such a big part in my life....I know the song you mean, it's also one of my favourites. I love "Yesterday's Gone" as well for it's optimism - it's a good one to listen to if you feel down.

You're right about Chris Martin, he's two years to the day older than me, and we grew up 7 miles apart I love alot of their music, but chose Paradise for the lyrics.

4th House Pluto - "Read all about it" by Professor Green

I dont know if you've heard of him, he's an english rapper. The song was written for his father and I strongly identify with what he is saying. I had a very typical 4th house Pluto childhood)

Your powers of observation are amazing! Its like you know me better than I know myself! I never thought of it like that but its truly spot on!

My head is VERY busy most of the time. So much so that I sometimes have to tell myself to stop thinking about anything. Its like my brain goes from one thought to the next then back to the original thought then segways to another then I analyze whatever then start a new thought etc, etc. It gets tiring at times. So yeah, I have a LOT of electronic/chillout/downtempo/lounge music with no words. I also have a lot of music from artists who speak languages I do not understand. Like that So com voce song. There are Portuguese lyrics but I don't understand them so I'm able to focus on how nice her voice is and it all just sounds like one big instrumental.

This is an awesome thread BTW, probably one of my favorites in the last 4 years I've been on this site. :-)
