Lol! Not bad at all. I was going to make books of all the things my kids like and don't like. Medical records..etc. And that background check doesn't sound to bad... IP: Logged |

The fact that it opposes Uranus and Neptune, and trines my Pluto doesn't make me hopeful that I'll have an easy time with kids or dealing with it all. I hope I don't have an unexpected pregnancy or something - that would be horrible. But I actually feel that the Mars-Uranus thing represents how I might have fertility issues because I have a lot of health problems.... IDK. Lilith is also in my 5th house so there you go. I can honestly say that the Aries influence is prominent... it's me first in this life. I don't want to worry about having a kid. My dreams are too large. I feel it would be selfish having to take my kid all over the world anyway since I'll be traveling a lot. It's just not fair to have a kid when you know you want an out of the ordinary life and will lead it no matter what. A kid deserves stability in this messed up world we have... and that isn't me. That isn't to say I don't want to HELP kids and be around them. That's a different story. I've always thought about opening a boarding school of some kind for gifted or disadvantaged kids one day if I earn the money I expect to earn.
Reasons are fair. And That's exactly what this world needs! ^_^ IP: Logged |

& i do like kids a lot tbh.just not enough for me to want to have to push one out of my va-jay-jay and take care of it for most of it's life and have to worry about it and all that. Nope! Not for me! I really like my freedom! Thanks anyway! I'll stick with my dog. IP: Logged |

It isn't necessarily that I have my heart set on twins, it's just that I half-expect to have them with Gemini on that cusp lmao. And that's true...it's very rare that you hear of an only-child who was thrilled with that. I just really, really really wanna have kids. I don't wanna leave this earth without having been a parent. I'd prefer to actually have my own kids, but if I were in a position where I saw a child that I really took to strongly, that I knew needed a stable home environment, I probably would adopt, yeah. They wouldn't even have to be an infant necessarily. At this point the only things stopping me is that I'm not really in the place in my life where I'd need to be in order to care for a child's needs at the level I'd want to...I'll be working on that soon though. The other factor is that I just haven't found the right person that's worth putting down roots with - yet. Supposedly I'm in the middle of a transit that I was told would bring someone like that into the picture, and that I'm also in the middle of a transit that could result in pregnancy in a few years...so . I have a strong urge to impregnate as many women as possible, have many kids and I'm paranoid about child support which I don't want anything to do with and super paranoid about a jail sentence or two. I'm a gemini and I know that I will adore my children very much. Atleast 30 or so children. IP: Logged |

I want 2 kids...One kid I can somehow direct or encourage to accomplish something they are interested in. But not at all in a controlling manner. One kid to be totally open with, and let them decide what they want. Being completely supportive at the same time too. ------------------ Cancer Sun Gemini Moon Saggitarius ASC IP: Logged |

I never wanted children as a teenager and early-twenty-something, and if I did have them said that I didn't want girls.I now have three girls (8 - a Taurus Sun, Gem Moon, Leo Asc, 5 - Taurus Sun, Pisces Moon, and Saggie Asc, and 6 mos - a Cancer Sun, Pisces Moon, and Virgo Asc). The older two are, happily for me, pretty tomboyish, into the sciences, but also quite into reading and fantasy. The youngest is still mostly into nursing, hitting objects against other objects, trying to crawl off of heights, and crying while I go to the bathroom. With her Sun and Moon signs, we'll see how long that last one continues. Since RAS brought up composites, with my eldest I have Sun, Moon, and Merc conj in Aries in the 7th; with my middle child I have Sun, Merc, and Ceres conj in Aries in the 5th (and a same-degree conj of Venus and the NN in the 7th); and with my youngest a Sun, Venus, Merc, and Ceres conj in Taurus in the 8th.
Natally, my Aqua Moon's in the 3rd, my 5th is ruled by Pisces, my early-degree Pisces Merc's in the 4th but near the cusp of the 5th, and my later degree Pisces Sun is in the 5th. Ceres is in the 6th in Taurus in a same-degree square with my Moon. For what it's worth, I'm crazy, crazy fertile. If you look at me cross-eyed, I get knocked up. With my youngest, I became pregnant in the same month that I had an IUD removed. That's apparently not normal. ------------------ If I've included this sig, it's because I'm posting from a mobile device. Please excuse all outrageous typos and confusing auto-corrects. IP: Logged |

He's got plenty of that left over, plus a whole lot more. No issues there. His children enjoy the best of everything and lack nothing. And they are great children too. Ultra high achievers and outstanding kids. The best part is... they are like the United Nations... of various ethnicities - European, Asian, African, Latin - all sharing the same adopted family name. Of staggerred age too. His teenagers look after the young ones, and besides the way the natural daughters look, you wouldn't know who is adopted and who isn't in terms of parental love. Every Sunday, they all pile in and head to church, taking up two entire pews. OK. Let's not delude ourselves. The wife doesn't do everything. There are multiple live ins, plus home caretakers and tutors etc. The rich don't always get their hands dirty, so don't think the Mrs. needs to do 10 loads of laundry a day, etc. But I'm like the guy. I love children very much. And I love making children way too much for my own good, so I have to keep it zipped up. IP: Logged |

I used to want 10 when I was 18, 5 when I was 22, now at 33 I am down to 3 but, who knows at my age? I might not have any, I'm just going with the flow...Gemini on the 5th house cusp, Mars in 5th, Ceres in Aries in the 2nd... ETA: I can see myself with a man who has children from a previous marriage. In fact, I have recently dated a few guys in that category. I can't help it, I am getting up there and I prefer older men. I have Neptune in the 11th... IP: Logged |

As the oldest of four - never wanted to have children or get married or be in any kind of committed relationship. It's funny to see all the people who said they wanted to have children and get married, are in fact, married with children now. I never had the desire and therefore, I don't have a husband or children now. Sagittarius on 5th house cusp with Sun in Sagittarius, Juno in Sagittarius, Vertex in Capricorn and Mercury in Capricorn in my 5th house. Jupiter is located in my 11th house, in Cancer. My Moon is in Aries in the 9th house. Ceres is in my 4th house in Sagittarius. I don't have any children but became something of a big sister/guardian of my siblings when I was 21 (mother passed away - my brothers were 8 and 18 and my sister was 13, at the time). I have met lots of children and they were all a joy to be around. I still don't have much of a desire to have children but I do like children - I'm a bit child-like myself. If anything, I would seriously consider adopting when I get my life in order. Children are expensive but they are great teachers/students. I DO know that if I come back - in my next life, I'd like to have a simple life, live in the country, get married early and have lots of children.IP: Logged |

thx Debby4 but there is nothing to be sorry about, life goes on :-)sidebar: It's interesting to see people who have empty 5th houses who have children and people with planets in the 5th house who don't. It just goes to show that just because you have an 'empty' house doesn't mean it can't be active. IP: Logged |

I've always wanted kids.I'm 40 now. I have one 13 year old from a previous marriage. My husband and I are trying very hard to have one of our own. We're undergoing in vitro fertilization. I would not mind adopting but my husband wants biological children and I probably prefer that as well (for now). Neptune in the 5th House in Sagittarius. Moon in the 7th House in Aquarius.
