I had a dream I had twins so you know what? I really want twins omg. Any ways, name's I like!!!!Male: Demetri, Joffrey Female: Margerie, Effie Unisex: Dyme If I had male/female twins, I'd like to name them Joffrey and Effie. If both the same sex, then Demetri/Effie and Dyme. Does any one else like to daydream of their children's chart? I generally don't find interest in it, but air is a rather prevalent element in my nieces and nephews, so maybe my children will fall in line too. My Fifth House cusp in Sagittarius, with Neptune and Uranus residing! What are you children's names? What names do you like? What are your children's charts like? What do you want? State your Fifth house and anything related! IP: Logged |

I only want girls so I can spoil them. You honestly have to be tough with boys of they'll become huge douches. I'm way too laid back for discipline. I like the names Dahlia, Rita, or Harlow. I never really liked the idea of twins for myself, I'm not dissing on twins but I'd like my children to be different...empty 5th house is in libra and 5th house ruler is on my Asc so maybe thats I only want girls. I know this is weird but I made up charts for my possible children hahaha. The first one is a Sag the second is an Aquarius and the 3'rd is a wittle libraaaa. I was really bored that night and I was playing the sims lol IP: Logged |

edit! (I was sleepy last night posting!)5h Sun Cap (5h Cap/Aqua) My tinderbox = Aries Sun Libra Moon Pisces Mercury Taurus Venus Aquarius Mars Leo Ascendant He would have been a Pisces sun... but, they kept pushing my induction back because of weight issues. ^^; Before he was born, (I did not ask to know his gender, I wanted to leave things natural and surprising to my husband's chagrin), I'd already guessed what his placements might look like! I was in favour of him having more in common with me! But, now he has better synastry with his father by far!~ lol (both Aquarius Martians, both fire suns, and their overall synastry is way bettre... Mine is squarey.... though I am certainly a loving mum... I've been told in both astrological systems by astrologers that I am too protective and need to let go of the reigns a little though. =x I would like him to have a sister or brother - maybe will adopt since my chart favours this too... or if miracles were to happen~ Could see a Cancer Sun, and Aqua Moon, Sagittarius Mars, Cancer/Leo Venus and Mercury~ And, have Libra Rising (changed my mind to fit their descendants in favour of each other being good kinfolk), something like that! XD (Aqua Moon in his dsc and my 5th house! hahaha) I would name them something in line with my ancestry (Greek/Irish) most likely with a family name for their middle name(s)... I like names best that are from historic figures, and mythology. Doc (that's not his real name btw lol just his nickname) was nearly named Dominic, or Dmitri, if he was a girl we had picked Lucia Celeste as his would have been girl name... in case of either I'd woven both names into blankets that my mother and I made together... it was fun! I kept both, and probably will tease him one day that he could have been a Lucia instead!~ lol I'd liked his first name since far as I can remember back into my youth. I was hesitant with my super religious in-laws that the negative pop culture association would be held against it... luckily it wasn't... the priest at his school/church here is named the same~ ^^ And to those who question my choice... I was able to explain simply... he is named after twin saints patrons of barbers by most modern text, but also of physicians, primarily physicians~ (my love is in the medical profession; his initials spell out DR. hence Doc) ^^; Lucia I can explain as well.. his father was born on St.Lucia's day... celebrated Dec 13th. although, I am not religious in this sense, and not Catholic... I still like traditional names, and saints... have their own mythological/legendary appeal~ lol no?! Although I have definite choices for either gender - I'm not keen on sharing~ (that's just me... sorry!) But I do like the names Rhaya/Rhaea - (RAY-ah) - f & Linus/Linos - (LYE-nOs) - m I think either would fit nicely on a Cancer, or Leo Sun/Ascendant child... if not~ there's always the possibility they will eventually be donned by pets~ Doc's name asteroid is cnj my own in my 4h... coincidentally - it is cnj his father's sun exact, and at the midpoint between his father's venus and my own. ^^; weird right!? there's one more weird thing I found~ his name asteroid is also cnj to King and Nanna, while my name asteroid (less than a full degree cnj his anyway, is cnj Basilea (queen) and Mumma! he's a total momma/nannas boy btw~ XD and of course the lil king, mister Leo-rising... haha - course being an Aries, he sees himself as Leonidas not just Leo-kingy... he's all Sparta~ hahaha (I'll wait until he's older to let him know we're actually Thessalian...) >.>;

Ou you reminded me of this one dream I had. This was my only baby dream. I dreamt I was pregnant and wonderfully happy and content. the sun was always shining on me in my dream and I was always walking around outdoors. It seemed like an endless dream. Then my sister came around and said" wheres the babies father?" and I replied " I dont know, but he'll come." Then I actually had the baby and was even happier. He was a baby boy and I remember what he looked like vivdily. I was so happy with him in my dream, just playing with him and then my sister came around again and asked "Where is his father?" and I again replied "I dont know, but he'll come."lol it was a wonderful dream while I was having it but when i woke up I was like wow weird! Well, I dont know what will happen , as like with anything really, but I always feel like my child will be like that baby boy. I have pisces 5th. And yeah its similar with me, my nephew is gem sun, lib moon and so I feel like maybe more air will come along as a pattern. All babies are precious and lovely though. IP: Logged |

My eldest daughter's name, Saskia, [asteroid] is conjunct my Sun, and her sun is only 7 degrees from mine. It also shows up in her sister's natal chart in the 3rd house[siblings]. Didn't know any of this when I named her, but found it interesting when I first started looking in to the space junk.IP: Logged |

My son is named after my grandfather. If he had been a girl I would have named her after myself.My son has quite the chart. He has five planets in the tenth house- sun, mercury,mars, jupiter and saturn. aries moon in the 7th, venus in leo in the 11th. It's funny, long before he came along I was determined my child would be raised to be himself,even though he is named after another, well turns out he did not need much help from me with that-ha,ha.He actually just went through a stage of not wanting to be called by his given name because he doesn't feel it's his own. Most of my parenting is spent trying to guide him in how to direct his energies in a way that is beneficial for himself and those around him. Tis not easy. Leo is on my fifth house cusp. Mars is there in Leo. It's ruler the sun is also in that house in virgo it conjucts jupiter. IP: Logged |

Stuff like that, which I've yet to explore the topic of.My 5th house has a stellium of mercury,sun,venus & true node Libra or Virgo depending on your system. My moon lies in the 7th house... I want a girl soooo baaaaad. I read in an old thread on this site that the 5th house natal rules first pregnancy, 7th house rules second pregnancy, 9th house 3rd pregnancy..and so forth..the house ruler would indicate whether its male or female based on yin or yang element. My first pregnancy was a miscarriage but still counts, so moving onto second preg the 7th house I had a son, house ruler was aries....I got pregnant again but miscarried so skipping 9th house ruled by Gemini. I want a girl, the 11th house rulers are leo/virgo cusp...I have my fingers crossed and rooting for Virgo. IP: Logged |

1st house is Gemini, muteable. Which makes it a what? My 5th house is ruled by Libra, so that's a girl 7th house is by Sagittarius so that's a.... ? 9th house is by Aquarius....Seems like it's pretty meant to be for me not to have kids lol. Plus my 7th house has a Capricorn stellium. I don't know what that entails but it doesn't sound Venusian. IP: Logged |

There are connections in my chart and to my two kids. My 5th house is virgo, my sun is in the 12th house so naturally my first child has a pisces sun with a virgo moon. My moon is in libra, he has libra rising. For your 2nd child you should look at your 7th house. Mine is sagittarius with Uranus sitting by my descendant. Ruler of my 7th is in the 8th so a scorpio reference there. My 2nd child has a scorpio sun with a mercury cazimi (exact) in his 11th house (house of uranus). He also has uranus exactly on his IC. He has Sagittarius rising. Also, the ruler of my 5th is in the 12th denoting difficult births and I had extremely difficult pregnancies and births. Both were high risk. They both tried to kill me in very different ways lol. None of the complications were related. My oldest dropped 3 months early and I was put on strict bed rest but ended up 2 weeks overdue and 36 hours of labor. My blood pressure dropped so low they had to put straight ephedrine in my IV as I was pushing him out. With my youngest I had a complete previa. He sat transverse the entire pregnancy which made it even more difficult to carry him. They schedule a C section a month before his due date so that there was no chance I went into labor and we both died within minutes but the day of, they couldn't find any of my blood to have on hand in case things went bad (I have a rare blood type) so it was postponed one day. He was a month early and a day late. IP: Logged |

In my culture, children's names have to have a meaning. Either to describe conditions during their birth, the aspirational qualities that they are expected to develop or the "re-emergence" of a passed soul who has chosen to re-incarnate to complete their work in life.So its not a situation where you can name the child independent of the family. It's 7usually an elder who comes up with the name. Then the parents can give the 2nd name. But the names i would like to give my children (whethet girl or boy)are the following; Lwandle(which means "River") Langa(which means "Sun") IP: Logged |
