Taurus here. SInce I have one, my favorite is the Chihuahua. Although I am more of a big breed girl. I plan on getting one of those down the road. & it will be a calmer pitbull. I lived with one (my ex's and fell in love with the breed. he also had a little dog in the home - they got along fine) besides mine, it was the sweetest most lovable dog i've known. I love the breed even more because of the hell many of them have gone thru and are put thru and how unfairly they are treated and discriminated against.my chi looks like this one except with a brown nose. OMG - love, love, love dogs (practical all breeds). Growing up, I always had a dog. Currently, I do not have a dog :-( but I do have 2 cats. It's definitely not the same. Oh well.I do like pit bulls, they are so sweet and childlike. This isn't my dog but he could have been my old dog Neenah's runt sibling: IP: Logged |

hmmmmmdo sun signs have anything to do with this? i'd assume the moons, perhaps? also, I suppose I'm a cat person anyway Bern shepherds are kind of nice, or golden retrievers. And cats and dogs spread germs anyway, i'd rather live in a house without pets - that's my taurus moon. IP: Logged |

Me too! I rescued a Pitbull when I was 18...raised her from 9 weeks. I had to give her up when I moved away but I found her a great home. I think these dogs are amazing family pets, It's ashame they get treated the way they do by some people. Cancer Sun here <3IP: Logged |

maybe on the sun and moon having some sort of influence on the breed - my sun is in sag and my moon is in aries. I adore most 'bigger' breed dogs over the 'tiny' ones, my fav being pit bulls. p.s. loving the pittie picsIP: Logged |

This male Capricorn is partial to female Bulldogs. Too bad I don't have the space for Bull Mastiffs. I reserved for two English Bulldog puppies this summer 2013. For now, I love my French Bulldogs. My babies Beautiful Mama IP: Logged |

^sooo jealous of your frenchie collection, YTA!!i've a massive soft spot for bull breeds in general. would love me a little one tho... so many bull breeds (staffies especially) end up in rescues over here, they're such amazing, devoted loyal dogs. they make the best family pet, pitbulls and staffies are nanny dogs, they LOVE people and kids!! unfortunately they are profiled negatively and demonized by the media over here. but i doubt i will ever own another breed. ^he's a sag! same bday as my bf lol. total wingnut and general love bug. wouldn't hurt a fly but his drive and tenacity is amazing. his favourite thing in the whole wide world are STICKS! ^that's my Virgo girl. she is a 5 year old french mastiff cross, her name is tattooed on my ribs! my first dog. love her sooooo much. she's such a great guard dog and makes a very cosy 90lb lap dog LOL

I agree, they are. "Mine" (it liked me better than him, so i'm calling it mine lol) always tried to climb up on my lap when I sat on a chair and wanted me to hold it like a puppy, even though she was huge, or lay right on top of me if I was lying down on the couch. She thought she was still a little puppy. For fun and because she loved it, I'd sometimes hold her cradled in my arms, belly up, like a baby (could only do that on that couch as it added support). Yeah, very lovable, when raised properly (and even when not! - when they are rehabilitated - they bounce back so quickly). IP: Logged |

I think slowly people are becoming more aware of what the breed is truly all about and really like though. (hopefully!) They are extremely cuddly, which is what i like about them. Big, thick, lovable and cuddly. I remember one time taking a nap on our bed and the pit came in and literally spooned me, snuggled up close and took her leg and threw it over my legs, and put her big block head right in the back of my neck and fell asleep with me. Later my ex came home and into the bedroom and the dog looked up like, wth? he asked if he was interrupting anything.... it was quite intimate and nice. LOL so i guess he was. Can't quite cuddle like that with my tiny 4 pound chihuahua. IP: Logged |
