jupiter in the 6th, pluto in the 9th... i'm a straight shooter most of the time and if i do lie its usually a lie of omission... like i might withhold imformation to avoid trouble/conflict, but if i'm asked directly about something i'll be honest.... for example: if i broke something i might keep quiet ,not tell anybody, and hope nobody notices it, but if someone asked me directly if i had broke it i would admit it.

I'm very utilitarian about the whole thing.. I try to think about the likely consequences my actions will have on myself and others. I'll choose to either lie or tell the truth depending on the situation/context... Basically, I take the path that I believe causes the least damage/problems.

Honesty for its own sake does not seem valuable to me, if the consequences of being honest are negative and detrimental.

My Jupiter is in Pisces in the 10th, sextile Neptune, trine Pluto, t-square Saturn & Chiron.

Would you keep a hundred dollar bill your found or just turn it in?

I have my Jupiter conjunct Venus in Scorpio in the 11th. It is opposite BML; and sextile my 9H Moon in Virgo and my 2H Neptune-Uranus con. in Cap. It is disposited by my 12H Pluto in Scorpio.

I feel like I am very honest. Maybe because I have my Jupiter tied to my 9th house planet, the Moon, which is in Virgo. I do not feel it is natural to steal someone else's money or property. I find it sickening and low. I also feel very guilty even THINKing of stealing which has happened a few times but just with stupid 1-3 dollar items when people joked me into it like a pack of gum or a hair scrunchie set. It's of so little value and yet I just never could. Not my style.

i try really really hard to be honest and to live with integrity- there are some occasions when i need to lie though to get ahead but i pick those moments VERY VERY carefully.

i wish i did not have to do that but that is my life- the best is to always do the right things - not out of fear of getting caught because fear should never be a motivating factor in anything you do of getting caught but because its fair and means society works well for everyone, i do not totally live up to that but i try to as much as possible.

they do say do the right thing but do not be attached to the fruit of your actions and leave it to God.

I tend not to be dishonest and advocate strict honesty. But when it comes to survival and there is no other option but to cheat. Then I have cheated one or two times. Lied also few times.

So are you telling me you guys never downloaded music or movies illegally?
Thats stealing and illegal.
Yes you're all very honest folk
Yes I actually know people who never do that, I don't think its ridiculous either.
If you have strong morals and ethics you stick by them 100 percent, theres no wiggle room.
Being hypocritical isn't a good quality either.

On a scale from 1 to 10... 10 being a "saint" oh wait...that would be a 9... so, guess there is no 10 (90% would be the maximum) 1 being the opposite... right now I'm a honest 7...

Piracy is debatable and so are the "so called strong morals" of anti-piracy protestants - if we're to talk about hypocrites with capital H...

No piracy isn't debatable.
Its just as worse as not validating a train pass.
People really work hard on movies, music, and video games.
I've studied animation you have to invest a lot of time on a piece.
I know a lot of animators that do not download anything illegally because of this, its like supporting the arts.

If you make such comparison - then you can't see the bigger picture on this subject. It wasn't about how easy it is to do it... but the product itself, it's nature and it's purpose in this world. When it comes to virtual products - piracy had/has a way of "working in its advantage" - in the advantage of the artists if you will (the ones who worked for it)... "a way of promoting it..." Furthermore... it could have been stooped long ago - if it was truly a hazard to the virtual industry... but instead it proved to be very efficient - and Microsoft and their 73.72 billion $ revenue "is a solid proof to that" ...same goes for music, movies, video games and other types of software...

So, then - why doesn't the government allow it? - one might ask... It's quite simple - "based on the old rules/laws - the ones implemented before the technological age" the principle behind it relates to a form of stealing... and they simply can't allow that. How should i put it... old generations must "step back" for this to change - wile newer generations will have to remake the laws and the system to fit the current time... and "this will happen" - maybe not now... not 3 or 10 years from now... but by 11'th year it might - i'm sure of it.

You have no reason to worry - if your animator friends do a good job... they will sell it... and they will get 1000 x more profit cause of piracy... which will promote their animation.

Numbers don't lie: http://www.boxofficemojo.com/genres/chart/?id=animation.htm

If it's about the principal... well... if we'd all give in to - old thing... slavery would still be around even today.

I'm not judging you at all but to say, oh its totally fine is just bs from your part..
Thats like shop lifting from Walmart, just because you do not get caught its still stealing.

Actually a lot of smaller studios have shut down (jobs have been lost) because lack of profit, because pirating is so easily done. This happened to a friend.
Unless you work for huge studios like dream works or Ea you'll survive just fine.
You can torrent a 50 dollar video game for free, only fans or game console players really buy them.
This is why companies all over the world like forced the government to shutdown mega video

Lmao those HUGE movies make there profit form the box offices and dishing out money for the theater ...... Does not count.
