From what I've noticed it depends on the environment, the fewer the people the more comfortable he is. It's funny because his Mom has Sun-Mercury in leo, and she's very expressive in the way she communicates. Whenever she wants him to say something she'll keep bugging him until she gets a proper response. When it comes to meeting someone new, luckily for him, she's always there to elaborate his words.
