I take it back~ 'can't say I've seen many Gemini moons being insensitive. [/QUOTE: Thanks faith! ❤ Unfortunately for people who are sensitive or even hypersensitive, they won't appreciate my candor or my honest opinion. I'm not the friend to ask if you look fat in those jeans when you do...I will give my honest opinion. If you make me mad, I will lay it all out for you and that usually leaves the person like wth? Especially my s/o with his moon/Neptune in the first house. Luckily enough, responding in forums gives us Gemini moons the ability to edit & think about what we want to say because as some can be aware there have been some people who really needed to be laid out...lol but coming from a place of compassion, I choose not to be that way. As for my friends who may need a reality check, they come to me. Lol... IP: Logged |

I think cap placements. We don't like to sugar coat things. Can come across as insensitive. That's why caps seldom fish for compliments IP: Logged |

I'm a Cap rising. We are sensitive, but if need be can also be very insensitive and cold. From my observation, Cap placements & Sag placements (tho, i'm not sure if the ones I've known have all had their Merc. in Cap or what). Sag's are usually pretty blunt. Couple that with Cap coldness and that may be why I've known Saggies to be insensitive as well. Though i know someone with a ton of Sag placements who is extremely sensitive. (moon & sun conj. nept. in Sag) Virgo's can cut with their words, if they want to, but it usually takes a lot to push them that far. I'm thinking of two Virgo females that I knew that could be quite b!tchy, but underneath were very sweet and sensitive. You just had to get past their .... front... IP: Logged |

i think being insensitive is all about intent.. you have to either not care if you offend someone or purposely offend someone to be truly insensitive. some people can go through life and step on others toes and not even realize it , i wouldnt consider them insensitive , they are just clueless.IP: Logged |

no you would not be insensitive, because you were asked a question and answered. people should never ask a question if they arent prepared for the honest answer. IP: Logged |

You cannot judge sensitivity or lack thereof on an electronic forum. It allows one to give pause and consider what to say, and then change minds and edit out whatever is offensive.Look at me operate in my domain, which is the business floor. I speak instantly and speak my mind 100% of the time. Speaking with candor is brutally insensitive, especially when dealing with subordinates. There is no sugar coating. You can't polish turd and turn it into gold. And there isn't an edit feature when speaking to bosses. My combination of Capricorn, Virgo and Gemini Moon makes me an in-your-face individual. I don't think a NATAL aspect can really cause this... only a synastry one.Someone's Mars square someone's Moon would eventually cause this. I've been both the Moon and the Mars person in such relationships... TERRIBLE synastry aspect. Considered one of the worst in fact. It gives great sexual tension, but once a real relationship gets going the Mars person tends to unknowingly bring out the Moon person's vulnerabilities making moon a bit more sensitive and insecure. But the mars person isn't inspired to console moon with the square because with this aspect mars only sees a cry-baby and a pu**Y so they don't care about hurting the person... in fact they might be a little disgusted by moon's tears. I can be insensitive but I'm still charming. I worked at a clothing store and if someone asked me if they looked good I would just say I don't know that much about fashion and I just work here (even when I was thinking of majoring in fashion merchandising)IP: Logged |

I completely agree with all who have said that at times - though not 100% of the time of course - Sagittarius and Capricorn influenced indiviuals can be quite blunt, to the point, not worried if words could maybe make someone sad or offended, and just 'insensitive'. Why? Sag tells it as it is, Capricorn is also this way but in a more pragmatic and less fiery sense. I've seen Saturn-ASC, Sagittarius and Cap Rising, Mercury in Cap or Sag, and Mercury-Saturn all come off as 'insensitive' and not politically correct at times, too dry and just not thinking that some can have a thin skin when it comes to the words they'll say. I am one of these people and so is my Aunt. She is a Sag Sun, Merc in Cap. She is a Pisces Rising which really tones it down and she can be sensitive sometimes but she's very blunt and to the point like me, she can also make inappropriate jokes about sensitive things like people's problems that just aren't funny but are funny to her. I'm also guilty of this but more so just blunt speech. [Sag rising, Merc-Saturn, Saturn-ASC.] I've also noticed that Mercury in Scorpio, despite being a water sign Merc, can occasionally come off as insensitive due to the intensity of their statements and how they get to the depths of things. They can strike a nerve by putting the truth out there less bluntly than Sag but still full-force all the same. IP: Logged |

Sure, the guys with Facebook pics with no shirts on are more than likely DB's. What has happened to many men (imo) is they have gotten soo sensitive and so "let's do things together" that they forgot to actually BE men. Let your "no" mean "no", if the GF/Wife wants to drag you along to whatever it is, and one does not want to go..just say "nope, not interested in going" I will listen to anyone about nearly anything, when it becomes tiresome, Imo it is not insensitive to just be blunt and say "look, we've been over that" "Insensitive" has come to mean "won't passively listen to her crap about it any more" When in reality, men just are not wired to run over the same thing over and over and over..we are just not wired that way. Make a decision, go with it, be open to adjusting, but my goodness don't just be like an open well with people speaking down day after day after day IP: Logged |

Yep, pretty much. That does not mean one does not give a half a care, it is more that there are needed social and personal boundaries that one just sticks to, if that seems insensitive that is not a man's problem. IP: Logged |
