really am scratching my head why a Scorpio woman would fall for the stereotypical effeminate white washy Pisces man.I understand Scorpio man and Pisces women XDD. But you'd think a a Scorpio woman would prefer someone with more bakcbonne and masculinity than the stereotypical Pisces man (like anohter Scorpio man or athe Leo man).

I seen sites say the reason why Scorpio woman is perfect for Pisces man is because she would save him from being eaten alive and he'd need her help to survive.

Come one-wouldn't a Scorpio girl get irritated with how irresponsible, white washy, and wimpy Pisces men tend to be? Is it because they find PIsces men easy to control?

Of course I Know that it depends on the whole chart. As a Pisces man but one who's not the typical white washy weakling one, I will say firsthand other placements in the chart can compensate for being born under the Pisces Sign and create masculinity and backbone within a Pisces. Scorpio and Leo placements for example would boost willpower of a Pisces tremendously as would an Aries Mercury.

And indeed a Pisces with powerful Scorpio placemenets WON'T let a Scorpio woman trumple over and take control of him. Margaret Mitchell (author of Gone With the Wind) was a Scorpio and her first husband, Red Upsham was a Pisces. But Red had a Moon in Scorpio in addition and the relationship was a violent one in which Margaret and Red frequently fought each other for control in the relationship. It got so violent to the point that Red would beat Margaret and even raped her at lest once.

So thats an example of a relationship in which a Scorpio woman COULD NOT become possessive over a Pisces man and trample over him.

But I do scratch my head why the stereotypical Scorpio girl would fall madly in love with the stereotypical Pisces man. There are much more manly and more responsible signs out there such as Leo and Scorpio (going by stereotypes of course)!

As you already all know, I'm a Pisces with a Moon in Leo and a Scorpio Rising, a Pluto dominant, and a Scorpio-Aquarius Dominant ! So this thread means much to me as I LUST after the stereotypical Scorpio girl for her fiery and intense nature but I really am perplex why'd she fall madly in love with the stereotypical Pisces man!

Water signs have natural affinity for one another.
Also pisces men are usually faithful and sensitive and scorpios can read that.

Well being a Scorpio woman, I think it comes down to a woman appreciating his depth and sensitivity. It would also come down to if her chart was more watery in the personal planets. I would think that especially if a Scorpio woman was heavy in Piscean energy in other places like Moon and especially Mars, she would most definitely be attracted to someone who has a Piscean sun. Due to the fact that there would be that watery energy. But the classical assumption that Water signs will naturally be attracted to water signs is somewhat misleading. But, I think another Scorp is too intense and Cancer too while Pisces are way too sensitive. I prefer those who are more earthy because of my water trine. I don't need any more water.

They are complex and enigmatic, like a puzzle you just can't crack. They trigger our intrigue, trying to figure them out. They are vulnerable, and this brings out our protective instinct.

They do not need control, and this is fascinating to the Scorpion who has the desire to control every minute detail of their surroundings. They are happy for us to do it, and so we feel useful.

Last but not least... they are probably the least likely to have the gumption to try and free themselves from our vice-like grip so we feel safe with them!

This is my perspective, anyway!

But of course there are the irritations that you mentioned. How hard is it to make a decision, really. And if you want something, why not go out and get it instead of longing for it to fall into your lap and then wallowing when it doesn't.

..that's exactly why Scorpio women don't fall for Pisces guys

No but seriously, I've never encountered a Scorpio woman who was in love with a Pisces man. They're just.. not right for each other, especially if the Scorpio woman is looking for a "strong" type.

And Pisces - faithful?! Who are you kidding! (I know, I know, generalizations, throw tomatoes at me now!)

I got quite fascinated by a Pisces guy once, while I was on a trip in a foreign country. I only saw him once but it was like interest at first sight. It was along time ago but I remember it like it was yesterday! I know his Sun was in late Pisces, and I suspect the reason for my sudden attraction was my Mars trining his Sun. But that's it! Only Pisces to have ever caught my attention lol.

Maybe it's my nurturing Cancer moon talking, rather than my Scorpio planets! Admittedly my most serious relationship was with a Leo, who ironically cheated on my a few years in - Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment!!! The Pisces I am involved with (I use the term loosely) does have a Scorpio moon. I do find that a lot of my friends are Pisces and I have no desire for them to be more than friends, but this one not so.

Hey, it is not ideal. I myself have a Pisces moon and have no emotional infinities for Piscean men. It is ridiculous that people generalize.

I love Earth signs because of their stable energy and that is what I am looking for NOT someone to control. That is the issue. I guess they are just better fitted for me than water signs. Piscean men mean well but are just too damn sensitive and when you aren't committed to them, they will leave you way quicker than any other water sign.

Oh my! So has mine. I think Pisces are great talkers but suckish boyfriends because they have too much watery energy. There is something about watery guys that just turns me all the way off. They just are too EMOTIONAL. I like someone who doesn't have to show me that he loves me with words. I want someone who is action oriented.

good question

another astrology puzzle needs to solve , how aries and leo are compatible and at the same time they are very bossy so they will fight a lot over power (theoretically) ? .

Basically you can't talk about astrology in a simplistic way, if you want the full picture you have to get into the specifics.

It's actually quite rare to find couples with Suns in the same element. There can be attraction but for some reason it usually doesn't last (at least from what I've noticed).

I guess it is all about balance... but are they willing to negotiate? If the Leo, who I would imagine to be one who wouldn't negotiate is willing to do so, I think they would be very compatible. They both have a zest for life, are passionate, and are driven. The issue with water (theoretically) is that emotional sentimentality can get tired after a while and if one sign is more social than the other, it creates an imbalance of power that can be hard to retain because they both externalize emotions.

It figures, it really does. I agree 100%
They are too freaking sensitive PERIOD. But wasn't there a study done that said that most people marry people within their sun sign the most?

Scorpio women are more likely to go for Cancer men than Pisces men but I don't see why she wouldn't want the Pisces man, he can empathize with her and they connect on a spiritual level?

Interesting you should say this, and also Aries Eagle's comment about Aries and Leos being bossy but supposedly perfect for each other.

I am a Leo who has dated both Sagittarius and Aries and neither experience was worth writing home about. The relationships were full of competition... neither was willing to let their guard down or even bother with respecting me. No communication whatsoever.
Also, I have never even known Earth signs to date each other, even Air signs except maybe Libra-Aquarius. But I've seen water signs connect every now and again (except for the Scorpio woman and Pisces man - I have to jump on that bandwagon and say that's an odd couple despite the trine).

I can't get in deep with the Astrology of it, but there is a saying that trines can be lazy and unchallenging... there isn't much new to bring to the relationship full of trines and someone may take the other for granted. I've also noticed such relationships don't usually last, though I've seen some exceptions with Aries-Sag... had a pair of relatives with this combo. More often I see square sun signs in a couple or quincunx.

Anywho. My input probably has nothing to do with the topic maybe. Disregard as you wish.

EXACTLY!
I've never been attracted to a leo man, if anything, I find them very boring.

For the Pisces , well because one simply can't hate a Pisces ... they are beautiful souls. They are manipulative yes, but I'm quite sure they have no control whatsoever on it.

Pisces Adonis: As a Pisces man but one who's not the typical white washy weakling one,

You come off entirely as a typical Pisces - a Jovian one! Not from Poseidon, but Dias, like Sagittarius. Any ways I say this because you come off as having this super prevalent theme of overcompensation, which is a Dias trait aligned in Pisces.

I don't sense your Scorpio AC one bit...but I can see a little bit of Leo Artemis!

This fine lady is an example of an un-wishy washy Pisces!

Pisces Adonis just has confidence issues, I think, so he tries to overcompensate his other placements as well as dissociate from his Pisces Sun...

Thank you excellent! You've just appealed to my Leo Ascendant xx

I admit that I do understand where Adonis is coming from as I too have felt so frustrated reading descriptions of my sign. In fact I started a thread about it when I first joined LL. The description of the Pisces woman in Linda's Sun Signs book was in parts, pretty offensive to me.

I think the main differences in mine and Adonis' approach is that I embrace and accept that I am born under the sign and I dont try and distance myself from other Pisceans (male or female) by using my other placements (i.e Taurus, Leo and Capricorn). If anything I want to see my fellow Pisces succeed in areas where traditional astrology says we cant.

Hence me chucking in the very Piscean Chuck Norris to kick some butt haha!!
