This would be shake -ups in society, your reputation, your place in society or your career. It may be a hard relationship with the father, too

So true! I feel like I have different masks that I put on. I have to hide a lot of my intensity when I am around people due to a fear of rejection or being called out for it and disapproved of.

I feel like I don't really lead a double life and yet...I do. It's so strange. I feel my cool exterior hides my passionate true self. Especially because I'm a Saturn-ASC person. I think 12H Pluto also contributes.

Interesting that you can relate to the double life thing. I would only know this by doing charts. That is always the best teacher xx

It feels like Pluto always wants to transform my self into a powerful one. Will I let it? Yes powerful in a good way only.

Mine's in Libra, there's a difference in terms of aspects - but what other planets do you have in 4'th and how does that feel for you?

Mine is in libra too. I also have jupiter and saturn there. I read once that pluto in the 4th may mean a traumatix experience during childhood. My father commited suicide when i was 4 years old.

Dont know how it feels honestly. Not sure.

How about you? Any traumatic experiences?

Jupiter in the 4th House: You generally come from a financially secure family with good social standing, enabling you to enjoy many social and educational benefits. Your relationships to family members are congenial and, if well aspected, there is family harmony with respect to religious and moral standards. You want comfort, safety and security in all domestic matters. You usually have a large home (you enjoy open spaces) which is often a center of philosophic, religious and social activities. You often inherit from a member of your large family circle. Your parents instill good moral and religious training but if afflicted, you may suffer limitations due to outmoded religious beliefs imposed on you by family members. You may have a very militant early life at home. If well aspected, material and spiritual benefits come near your place of birth, but if afflicted, you should move elsewhere. If afflicted, you can be grasping, greedy or suffer the loss of parental influence. If heavily afflicted, family members may be a financial burden if you support them in the style they're accustomed to. You generally have very good fortune in the latter half of life.

This is pretty spot on.

Saturn in the 4th house: One of the parents was either over-controlling, strict, or the child was made to feel unwanted. When Saturn is in the fourth house it can wear the critical and rejecting face of Saturn. Sometimes the father was a physical a burden, depressed or even ill. Even if the parent was loving and kind, the child may have still felt the parent was not good enough. The parent may have placed more value on parental duty than spontaneous displays of affection.

Very true also. My mom can be over controlling and strict. I will be 31 im 2 weeks and she still does it. However we also have fun tes together. We fight alot lol! 2 geminis. My father was depressed. He was a great father but started doung drugs and it got him more depressed so thats why he took his own life. I have so many great vivid memories of him.

I still yearn for him ;(

I feel him around me all the time. But i cant hug him. Sucks. I talk to him and let him know i miss him.

Not Jupiter, i don't have that there (mine is in 5'th)... ^^ I do have Saturn in 4'th as well - so guess Jupiter makes a big difference. No... my Grandfather from my dad's side died of cancer when I was 4 - but that's all.

If you can Separate all that's Jupiter related - how was your childhood and so on (then again... without a father - that might imply a big difference)?

It was pretty good. I cant say it was bad at all. After my father died i was depressed and didnt talk in school. They had to put me in therapy. I was traumatized. Especially after seeing my father on the bathroom floor with his eyed wide open and a towel around his neck. I would barely sleep either since he would always appear next to my bed. This lasted til i was about 7 years old. Then things got better. After that no major problems. I do feel a huge emptiness without him though.

I have Pluto in the 4th house i do feel a sense of lose of my family especially my mom who from young age detached herself from her family. To this day I dont know why but i somehow can understand her reason. My mom is very strong willed women who want her thinks her way there characteristic about her I dont like about her and from a young age I didn't want to catch. I have pluto aspect my asc and sun and saturn very tight so i feel i have some of her characteristics which i think is either by genetics or how I observe her at home. Thats why i personally cant wait to move far away and somehow regenerate myself and start in a new form. Find my a place i "belong" in. One thing for sure is that i felt powerful when I'm at home and can now speak for myself around my " family" which is something i couldn't do when i was younger. One thing i can be thankful for that i learn from my mom that people are complex and there not one sided , we all have layers. Thats why i dont take everything in face values.

Thanks for this post is very interesting I always thought that wherever Pluto is located will be powerful. I think it proves me having pluto in the 4th house.

I find that what Saturn conjuncts makes people obsessive about expressing too.

Does that fit?

A doze of self-doubt can be a good thing. I could have been an arrogant so and so with Pluto conj Jupiter in 1st in Leo. If it is the Saturn influence giving me pause to reflect then it must be responsible for my sense of my own insignificance.

Re Saturn conjuncts - I do find that Venus related matters are particulary challenging and tied up with identity issues - again related to expressing personal power. I think I go through bouts of obsession, if that isn't a contradiction in terms. Can one be 'obsessed' now and then?

Can't relate to that, but sometimes i did wonder what it would be like - if my father was gone... and kept picturing that as a better life. We did have some fun moments - when he took me on vacations, but that's cause he behaved different in public. At home he was behaving like a Nazi - like one of those harsh military figures that takes pleasure in tormenting his subordinates... he was more than strict - maybe malicious/sadistic would be a better term to describe him.

Pluto in the 4th seems to be a hard, tidal wave ups and downs and even violent childhood.

I read about your father. I am so sorry

Yes. My pluto sits in H7. I'm not gonna lie I like a bit of control in commited partnerships. When I was married for 8 yrs, he was really bossy and controlling so I used sex as my way of having any kind of power. Not proud of it lol I had all the power in the world concerning intimacy and I KNEW it. I said when it did or didn't happen. If I didn't get my way or felt slighted, I knew what card to play. I played that card almost the whole time I was married. It was my way of having any of the power. That's probably not very mature but I was in my 20's lol I seem to have issues with this in serious relationships where it starts to become a battle for control and which one holds more power. I don't like to be completely controlled. I'm passive to begin with but I don't like to be completely dominated either. So power plays come forth.

Pluto in the 6th House (in Scorpio)

To be honest I am very indifferent to Pluto. I have so much Scorpio and so much 6th House energy that Pluto gets upstaged.

I’ve been told by many people (some of them psychologists and astrologists) that I have an amazing ability to analyze myself and other people psychologically. The astrologer said that this is one of 6th House’s biggest strengths – to analyze oneself and develop critical thinking. However all this 6th House energy is also Scorpio energy and Scorpio is emotional. Scorpio can dig and bring to the surface even the biggest secrets of your psyche but he can be easily pulled into darkness by his emotional and irrational nature. You could say that there is always a fight between my emotions and my mind. The mind realizes and understands the situation but the emotions don’t let the mind have any power over the decisions it makes. I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety and although I understand what causes them I can’t seem to overrule them…

As I said my 6th House is packed – Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, North Node, Pluto, Juno so I don’t know if this is Pluto or something else.
