Yes as a Leo I have a ton of passion. There is a lot of passion between the Aquarius and I...WOW!!! Passion is definitely not an issue it's the emotions that are IP: Logged |

You nailed it with the stubborness part. I do not back down for anything and neither does the Aqua. There is a ton of passion though. IP: Logged |

I am completely going off my feelings and he is all logic, now that you say that. He is also a cop and so he is very logical in that sense anyhow. He seems to always be analyzing. IP: Logged |

Wow, she really can't just leave you alone about it? Bit shocked you're told to have a bad attitude. For as much as we've talked, you just seem introverted, that's all. As long as you enjoy yourself, it shouldn't have to matter how outgoing you are with them. You be as peppy (or not) as you'd like, especially when winning that lottery

Haha, I know, right? My mind isn't as strong as theirs, they'll really have to let me know instead of assuming I'd get the hint. Opposites do attract. They're definitely passionate too, just in a more mental way. IP: Logged |

Yes, as a Leo, I have to admit that I have something of a love-hate relationship with Aquarians. I hate that aloof, detached attitude because, even though I know it doesn't necessarily mean they don't care, it makes them come off that way. But, I also think they're smart, original, and really interesting people. But, I've learned to just accept it, just like they have to learn to just accept my dramatic, emotional, exuberant, sometimes self-absorbed Leo self. ------------------ Check out My Astrology Blog: http://astroarena12.blogspot.com IP: Logged |

I thought that was implied by how the elements are separated. I like to take what you post into consideration because they are thought provoking so I will keep this in mind. IP: Logged |

I am with you on that. Aquarius fascinates me but drives me nuts with their aloofness and detachment. You are correct though in the fact that he has to put up with my dramatic overly emotional self as well. He just left for military training for a couple weeks and he told me "please be boring when I am gone. Please don't get into trouble or have any crazy situations just for 2 weeks while I am out." My step mom is an Aquarius and she is really big on being "friends" with a guy first. Is this typical of the Aquarius? Because the Aquarius guy I am seeing always says the same thing... that he is my "friend" first and foremost. IP: Logged |

Hahaha, that's funny. You can't tell a Leo to be boring or not have a bit of drama in their lives. I've accepted the fact that there are few dull moments in my life, which is probably mostly of my own doing. ------------------ Check out My Astrology Blog: http://astroarena12.blogspot.com IP: Logged |

I am a sun sign: Leo, Ascendant: Aries and Moon: Cancer. He is Sun sign: Aquarius, Ascendant: Libra, and Moon: sagitarrius I am somewhat guessing at his because I only knew his birth day and place. I did not know the time. IP: Logged |

I feel like that Moon in Sag might reinforce that need for space. I have this placement as well (disclaimer, I also have Mars in Aqua), and I actually think that it's a large part of the reason that I don't jive too well with Leo placements, even though Sag and Leo are meant to get on quite well. I find that people with strong Leo placements often need a lot of (rather consistent) reassurance, which often comes across as neediness to me. I find it just about impossible to be accommodating to that constant need for affirmation. It makes me feel harped on and like someone is trying to control me/force me to feel a certain way. Even if I do actually feel positively toward that person, the constant questioning makes me really indignant and inclined to respond negatively just for the hell of it.I have this dynamic with two people that I'm close to: my mother (Leo Moon) and one of my good friends (Leo rising). Curiously, I have a friend with her Sun in Leo, and we get on swimmingly (she has her Moon in Aqua, though...I suppose it sort of balances out the need for reassurance). ------------------ Sun -> Aries Moon -> Sagittarius Ascendant -> Virgo IP: Logged |

My 2 cents based on experiences: Leos are VERY emotional! However, tears might not be part of those emotions...overeating might be....over-sexing might be....over dramatic might be...etc etc IP: Logged |

Thank you for all the advice and knowledge. I will definitely try to remember his need for space Funny my church taught me never to look at or believe in horoscopes. Now that I'm looking into it, I see how relevant and helpful they really are

That sounds like a reasonable compromise to me. One way of looking at it. My friend is somewhat emotional but nothing like me and I have an earth sun. She is fire. She has a really bad temper though. It's not like the hysterical sobbing type of emotion I have only ever seen her do that one time in my life and I have done it thousands. She's one of these types that puts all her emotions into either angry or very peppy/happy. It seems like passion more than emotion imo. I have never really met a hysterical sobbing type emotional Leo. Guess it all depends on your definition of emotional though. IP: Logged |

aquarius being distant because 1: his secure in how you feel about him or 2. not interestedim pretty sure im dealing with number 1, i knowwwwww he likes me but i get fed up with his unenthusiasm in convos so ill ignore him for awhile and thennnnnnnn he'll come back around.....2 weeks later. god their awesome people but they really know how to kill the passion in relationships!!!!!!! its like once a month saying sweet things just doesnt seem like a relationship guyssssssss. and its not because im insecure i definately dont need that reassurance everyday, even id get suffocated by that and would be turned off, but its the little things or just be entertaining!!! having fun conversations is enough to make me happy!!! but nope he can really be cold as ice i dont understand.... i hear leos go perfect with scorpios too....rawr boiling hot fyaaa!!! I agree. It is definitely Passion. Not emotion per se. I am a Leo and am extremely passionate about whatever I do. This could be about my job, a kiss, if I am angry, etc. All passion. IP: Logged |

Good point about they seem to be aloof once they think they have you. My previous Aqua I was with for 2 and a half years. He was extremely aloof and emotionally unavailable. If I was right in front of him, we had a great time. When we were apart, it was almost as if I didn't exist. I remember saying "you just think you "have" me now, don't you?" Then as soon as I started dating someone else when we were on a "break" he stepped up to the plate. Even then though, he was never the type to blow up my phone with texts and phone calls. I guess that is just their personality. It intrigues me because it is very opposite who I am. ...And yes, scorpios and leos do tend to have great chemistry as well... IP: Logged |
