I really attract Libra risings and Gemini risings but not so much either sun sign . I don't think I've ever had a Gemini sun guy be really into me .

I attract Leo moons but not the sun sign and im not attracted to them either.

Right it could be because my 8th house is virgo ruled by mercury in the 3rd house where my Saturn resides !!!! Saturn rules Capricorn .

Planets in your 7th house, too, they can show you what you attract. (So, say you have your Sun in the 7th, Leos are going to take notice of you.)

I also think your 1st house plays a part, because it's the first thing people see of you and a big part of how you look and act. Your first house may match their 7th house (what they're looking for in a partner).
People with their Descendant in the sign or that of the house it's in would like you.

It's really weird because this is true for me.

Just yesterday I had a Leo with model-gorgeous looks hit on me (he lives on my floor). If I saw him on the street, I would think he is out of my league. All the Leos who like me tend to be in amazing shape with 6-packs.

And all just because his parents and my parents were spending New Years eve together (they have been friends for years, even now), and back then I was bored and suggested to him to kiss at midnight, cause the grownups do, too.
But of course I didn´t think much of it.
Now I know better not suggest such a thing to a Cancer-guy.
I was six, and he was 5 at that time.

Those Libra Risings have an Aries Descendant. You're an Aquarius Rising, so if some of your Aqua stellium planets are in your first house, this gives them a touch of Aries, which they find attractive. And do you have Sagittarius strong in your chart? Maybe a strong 9th house? That'd attract the Gemini Risings.
