Also: your Pluto is in Libra, which means there can be an unhealthy fixation on relationships (square to the Moon, ruler of DSC).Pluto in the 9th house - existential crisis? Because of a changing life philosophy, maybe. IP: Logged |

Yes,yes and yes...and then we regenerate,we resurface with a new skin...from the bottom of the abyss.. hey thanks for pointing it out to me, I was totally clueless otherwise,I've always felt so plutonian, always attributed to my Hades pluto although it's at a loose orb.Besides this square,my pluto only makes sextile aspects to my planets IP: Logged |

This is interesting. I've never really delved into asteroids before. I tried putting in asteroids to mine. I chose the ones closest to my planets. Surprisingly, Hekate is very close to my Venus. What could that mean? XD I'm also curious about Varuna almost dead on my ASC. I wonder how that would affect 1st house matters/appearance? IP: Logged |

Oh, so I get it now. Whenever you take a planetary house ruler, add it to an asteroid, you acquire more details in the chart, creating something going much deeper. So if there's asteroids aspecting the planetary house rulers, it gives emphasis and detail to that particular house. This is fascinating!Jess, I am pretty sure you have several asteroid conjunctions? yeppers. Transiting pluto is in my 1st house Capricorn. Yes to existential crisis since it's entered capricorn, have undertaken several trips abroad that have changed me and my way of thinking,I believe it's a process that is still in the making. My relationship with my mother has also changed. Do you know the story of Demeter and her daughter Persephone? IP: Logged |

What are the other houses they affect in your chart? For instance, an asteroid conjuncting your sun would affect several houses, including house eight with Leo on the cusp. Also, Aries, Libra and Aquarius. I like to look at exaltations and detriments as well as domiciles. IP: Logged |

Pluto is still in your 12th house, though. But it's been squaring your natal Pluto (in the 9th, and Uranus opposed it) - hence the change in your beliefs. quote: My relationship with my mother has also changed.
Pluto opposed your Cancer Moon, but that was a while ago.Now it's trining your Mars - very good for tackling any kind of problem (especially related to 8th house themes). quote: Do you know the story of Demeter and her daughter Persephone?
I think I do. Must have read it several times. Why?

@DouxAccording to the mythology,Demeter was very close to her daughter, she moved the earth looking for her, when she got wind that Persephone was kidnapped by Hades. Well actually in this book I read she represented the manipulative and abusive mother whom Persephone herself wanted to get away from. Fearing that her mother would never consent to her being away from her,she convinced Hades to ''kidnap'' her instead otherwise she would never know what is to be with a man. When she reached the Underworld she knew that it's where she truly belongs, she then became queen of the underworld. When Demeter found her with the help of Hecate ,Hades couldn't lose her entirely he instructed her to eat a bowl of pomegranate seeds to guarantee her return to the underworld. I think this story fits my Hades moon a lot, with respect to my mother. IP: Logged |

It seems like some people have good luck with asteroids while others with planets. Who has it with both?Wow I finally found one that jives with my chart, sorta, the asteroid Conscience. It is at five degrees Libra and conjuncts Mercury. Mercury rules houses 12 and 9 in my chart, it's exalted in 5 and detriment in 11, 3 and 6. That's good for lecturing, not so much writing. Wonder what this means? Hmm, this is even a stronger indication I should devote myself to the self-help genre. IP: Logged |

I never thought about that. Planets are kind of the core BUT Jody Arias had horribl, horrible asteroids and a little bad planets. She had a lot of personal delusion but her planets were not awful. The asteroids were off the wall bad.

So significant stuff.. Hekate conj 5h ruler venus, vesta conj DSC ruler jupiter, Juno conj 8h ruler saturn. Coincidentally, they're the relationship houses. I really have no idea what these asteroids mean.. Maybe some slight info on Juno but I got nothing on the others. Insights guys? I might just discover some new things in my chart. IP: Logged |

Wow. That's kind of disturbing. But I can see the link between the mythology and modern interpretations of a Hades Moon. There are usually some covert less-than-pretty dynamics with the mother.

Hey, Lunae!Vesta conjunct dsc ruler suggests, to me, you are drawn to people you can trust and who's motivations are pure and true. You expect a lot of goodness from the significant people in your life. Does this sound accurate?

Yes, that rings true I am not really a fan of superficiality and I have always attributed that to Scorp sun conj Pluto haha. I guess that is reinforced by vesta Also, I tend to search for a 'connection' in relationships. That could be a reason.. Or maybe I'm just very idealistic haha How about Venus conj Hekate? It rules my 5th. Since Ami mentioned a 'shadowy' side, what effect would that have on the 5h & 4h where it's actually located? IP: Logged |

@Lunae - Maybe you like your romance tinged with mystery and fascination? You are drawn to edgy people who are, at heart, true to you, can be trusted but are still not ordinary/run of the mill?IP: Logged |
