Ami, I'm sorry to hear that. On the contary, I get betrayed by people more than you can think. I am Saggi sun, Libra moon. I always pride myself for my level of loyalty. I haven't find anyone yet who does share the same value of loyalty as me..... When I have chance to payback, I stil need a long time to convince myself to do it (which I hate myself for it) However, if I decided to revenge. ppl would be surprised by me.

In fact, I'm setup by 2 friends currently.
I'm seething with anger. I thinking of going through legal means. Can anyone here advise me if current transit is good time for me to go legal? IP: Logged |

I'm a real estate agent. my pay is my commission from a certain % of client's sales prcoeeds. Friend A referred me to his friend, friend B to sell his property and buy another. From the first meeting, when I met friend B, he agreed to pay 2% for selling, 1% for buying as my commission.
Both transactions just over last Thursday. When he is supposed to pay me my due commission,he pressed his calculator to show me only 1/4 of what he has supposed to pay. Citing that all along, he only agree to this %. he claimed he told friend A before. He denied my commission, pack up his bags, told me he needs to hurry leave, drag his wife and went away.... When friend A called me, all he did was to ridiculed me. and said in tune with friend A. He now said he told me before too which is untrue. He never told me that. He told me to accept that amount and we can continue our friendship.... Its all words against words however that friend B already signed my commission letter and relevant documents. Till now I have not received paycheck yet....

If I knew this friend B only willing to pay such ridiculously small %, I would not agree to be his agent from the start...it barely covers my costs and expenses. I'm not stupid to do so. Not to mention that I served him for 7 months, endured his nonsense, intentional delays and hiccups and badmouthing. Even other buyer can tell I'm being bullied by him....
