For me, Pisces and Virgo are both on the fence. They are both extremely giving and nurturing, but they lack something to make them fully loyal. I think they are loyal in family terms. Not so much with friends.

Pisces and Virgo are mutable. I see what you mean. Maybe, it is the mutable that makes Mutable water and mutable earth this way.------------------

What about Sun? Do you think this applies strongly also or no? There's a reason I ask. I am very very loyal. It just depends on how I'm treated. If I'm brought up and they continually hold it over me somehow I'll tell them to shove it.
But, I'll definitely show gratitude and offer myself if they need me in the future. Just a few weeks ago my friend SAVED me so much with a car issue that I screwed up. (stupid sideways spark plugs on Subarus)I gave him some tools that I didn't use and that he could, even though he told me he didn't want money or anything. I also offered to help with his house, yard pickup, whatever he wants. That offer is still there, always will be.
If I help someone, I won't expect that they repay. I like to help. I've ran out of the house in the middle of the night a few times for broken down cars or whatnot. Just don't act like a butthole about it. I'll drop anybody if they have a crappy attitude. I ask about the Sun because I have Leo sun (a loyal sun sign I hear) and I feel like that is the driving force behind my loyalty. I have Gemini moon and I just don't think it gives a crap. lol Just my perception. Thoughts? IP: Logged |

All Moons are loyal, but the specifics of their loyalty vary.Fire Moons are pretty quick to forge a friendship! They can act against you though without realising it or without realising the consequences. They'll stick around though if you work with them. Gotta feed a fire after all!
Earth Moons require a little time and maybe some proof you're not a bad investment, but once they're set, they're set!
Air Moons will disconnect on a dime when they have a good reason to.
Water Moons tend to hold onto and try to salvage a relationship to the bloody end. IP: Logged |

Sun does not seem to matter ime but I am just trying to figure it out. I am not an expert  ------------------

Two of the cancer moons I know are not loyal at all. and they both like to talk a lot of **** behind peoples backs. two other cancer moons i know are very loyal. One capricorn moon not loyal to me and doesnt like it one i tell her she is a hypocrite. the most loyal person i know has moon in gemini, but she is a taurus sun. i think she is very impressionable and can let people influence her too much with ideas but she has always been consistently there for me. i consider loyal to be a person who is there for you through the bad times, not just the good, someone who doesn't ditch you, someone who wouldn't throw you under the bus...im not sure if a moon sign alone can indicate loyalty though...IP: Logged |

I'm not sure why Virgo Moons get such a bad rap on this forum.  I tend to meet quite a few Virgo moons, I suppose since I am one. Most are very loyal friends and partners. I tend to be loyal to a fault. Also a very level headed placement, which is good because a lot of people depend on us. IP: Logged |

I genuinely try not to judge off of one placement alone.I have a gemini Moon (I know, I must be so untrustworthy right?  ). I think my cap mars and virgo sun also come out when it comes to loyalty. I could never forget a good deed done towards me and it would certainly be repaid in one way or another. And repeatedly thanked for. I do go great lengths to help close friends and family. Mess with me and I will disconnect and forget you so fast it will make your head spin. Since this is about moon signs tho, the only moon signs I'm aware of that have effed me over are cancer moons (which confused and hurt my cancer asc lol). I also think the perception of loyalty might be unique to sign and aspects. Personally, I would put the virgo mooners that I know as very loyal...to the point they put themselves last and are very flexible. I can see where a fixed sign (for example) could see that flexibility and easy to go with the flow as signs of something to be distrustful about or think along those lines. IP: Logged |

I am not sure what moon placements have to do with loyalty. I would look at someone's sun sign (fixed signs are most loyal), and I would look at what planets like Saturn and Jupiter are doing in the chart. Saturn understands loyalty as karma, duty, giving back. Jupiter understands loyalty as benevolence. So someone whose planets are positively accented by Saturn and/or Jupiter would be more likely to be loyal, imo. IP: Logged |

Kinda what I was thinking as far as sun. I'm still trying to learn and catch up but it feels sun to me. Wired in deep inside.
I gemini moon but Leo Sun. Saturn is also in leo.
Jupiter is in Taurus but it does square my sun. (I don't
know enough to know exactly what that means)

pisces moon here. if its the whole "dont bite the hand that fed you" loyalty then i guess im not loyal at all.
im extremely grateful if somebody helps me. and most likely i will return the favor, tahts just how it is. but if they start holding it over me, then you can bet that im not gonna sit there and take it. not sure this is a moon thing because my moon isnt like that at all. i think your moon will be the feeling aspect of it- but the way you deal with it actionwise is your sun. (i think). ------------------

Exactly. A lot of people feel fickleness but their strong sense of ethics and conviction prevent them from actually abandoning the people that they care about. Which I guess harkens back to what Belage said about Saturn, Jupiter, and the sun. That being said, the least loyal person I ever knew was a Gemini moon with a Cap sun. IP: Logged |

It depends with me. I have not pledged my loyalty to anyone. I am loyal to my boss because I don't have another option. He's Leo Moon and appreciates it. I don't expect anything in return for helping anyone, so loyalty is not requested on my part. I am Sag Moon 29 deg conj Neptune  IP: Logged |

I dont believe judging only from the Moon Sign is correct. What about afflicted moons then? Or what about the synastry between the people involved?Really my best friend is a Libra Moonr and she is extremely loyal and helping too. My ex who has stuck with me through everything bad that happened to me, is a Gemini moon. I have never seen anyone more loyal than him. Maybe it's because his heavy Scorpion natal, but my point is that you cant judge that soleley based on the Moon placement. I have many many friends with all kinds of Moons and whenever I helped them, they acted normal and nothing like what you described happened. For me, forgetting the ones that helped you , has to do with arrogance. My moon is in Aries heavily afflicted by my Cap Stellium and Pluto, so I should be unloyal right? Not my case. Yeah! You're the best Ami Anne! You were one of the first to greet me, if not the first and you're SOOOOOO nice. I wish I could be that nice.  But I think Sun plays here. I think it's just one of those.... it's in your moral fabric - the Sun. It's something wired into your core.
I have a lot of things like that. Like, I don't go after friends ex-gf's. If you asked me to explain it... I could, but it's difficult because I don't have a bunch of thought associated to it. I haven't weighed things in my head to come to a conclusion. It just feels right. It's just something I live by.
I think this falls into a similar category.

I know a cancer moon that left his wife and 3 children for another woman just because she was younger and richer and another cancer moon that cheats on her husband. I have saturn and moon conjunct at 19/20 degrees sagittarius in 4th house , with uranus at 25 degrees sagittarius also in 4th house. I am very loyal to the people that prove their loyalty to me. Once the trust is gone, bye bye. My family means everything to me. I think it all comes down to the house position.
