When I deal with other Moons who don't seem to care a bit about loyalty, it flummoxes me. I was talking to my son--Taurus Moon-- and he helped me to see that some Moons just don't feel loyalty to someone who was good to them and helped them. I really don't understand this as a Cancer Moon. It is not in my DNA. My son told me to look at Moons before I trust someone again and I think I will. Any comments? If I got up, I would never diss them because I rose higher. I am very thankful for anyone who ever gave to me. I take that seriously. If I am down and you help me, I will give back to you, no matter if I get to be the President or the CEO, I never forget anyone who was good to me. This must be the Cancer Moon and Mars. Some Moons are like "Screw you. You helped lift me but #@## you. Now, I am up so the heck with you" I don't work like that but some people do. It's not a binding contract, they don't have to be loyal to me just coz I helped them kaka edit: oh I know what you mean. Yeah I agree with that. Never bite the hand that fed you. Then, when you get out of the pitiful state, you say #$#$ you to the person. While the water and earth moons are disloyal. But to apply the rule of what fixes signs go by, they can be very loyal compared to mutable moons of any element. IP: Logged

If someone is "toxic" in their behavior (the way they are or treat me is or becomes detrimental to my well being), I will end that kind of relationship regardless of what they feel they may have done in the past to "bind" me to them. Emotional "blackmail" doesn't work on me. This is like cutting off a limb that has developed gangrene, radical but necessary. If I see that someone generally treats others poorly, I will keep as much distance between myself and that person as the situation will allow. So if I see that someone loves to gossip or put down others or are physically violent, it doesn't matter what they've "done" for me. Even people with character flaws occasionally do something nice for someone, but even if that someone is me, they can't "buy" my loyalty as though it were a commodity. One way that I'm VERY loyal to everyone, even in the previous two situations is that if you've ever shared a confidence and made it clear that it's a secret, I'll take it to my grave before telling anyone (unless as a public school teacher I'm legally required to report such as child abuse).
