You know i once read that the Gemini sun/Taurus moon combo is one of the most stable combos for a Gemini.
I am very loyal. I can also get jealous very easily but i also have Venus in Taurus and it conjuncts my moon. My Asc is in Cancer. I like holding a partners hand, going out to eat, and hanging out with them alot. Watching movies and cuddling on the couch. I hate detached people because i am very emotional.

Not every person in existence can be born with a Scorpio sun, there simply aren't enough hospitals to deliver all those October/November babies every year and what would they do the rest of the time?Might as well give air suns a try, LovelyAries. It sounds like your progressed ascendent is probably in a negative sign. I find for myself that whatever polarity your ascendent is in that you will generally be more interested in signs of the same polarity. So if you have your ascendent in a negative sign then you will be interested in negative signs more in general. *to roughly calculate your progressed ascendent find your ascendent at birth and add 1-2 degrees for every year that you've been alive. This is way to general about air signs. So what if we act detached? We dont want to be a burden on others and we arent comfortable telling people are emotions.
I feel like people overreact about this.

I also think that just a little pisces added to an Aquarius male sure makes him emotional enough...and it is quiet possible as venus, mercury and mars can't be too far away from aqua! LovelyAries, you shouldn't be afraid of air guys, you're an aries! You should be powerful enough to close their mouth if they are being rude

The problem comes in when they AREN'T actually acting "rationally" and instead are using aversion to avoid communicating about relevant concerns. It seems to be a common theme with air signs that they avoid any type of conflictual discussion ever, even so-called "rational" ones (especially if it threatens their own ego in some way). All it does is allow problems to grow and fester, thus pushing other people away (which they then justify to themselves as the other person's fault because that person is too emotional and not 'rational' enough). It has been found recently that emotion itself is actually a type of cognitive processing and information gathering system that we ALL are more attuned to. The only people whose reason TRULY reigns over their emotion are actual sociopaths. Emotion developed as a system to help us make positive decisions for the good of ourselves and our groups... That being said, it has been my experience that usually air signs (or air signed moons) have the hardest time handling themselves when it comes to emotion and having 'rational discussions' about anything even remotely important in relationships, and I've seen it work to their extreme detriment. It truly is unfortunate to me, because it sometimes seems like they go out of their way to throw their closest relationships out the window "to prove a point." I think THAT'S what a lot of the other more 'in-tuned with their emotions' signs are trying to say. When you present a facade of indifference/rationalism, it is still a facade, and people can sense the fakeness/denial of emotions that come along with that. I'm really NOT trying to bash air signs, truly, as I have many many close air signed friends, both past and present, whom I love and respect dearly. Scorpio Sun is too intense for me. I like Mars in Scorpio and Scorpio moon if it trines my cancer Moon, only. I love Moon trine Moon above all other aspects in synastry.

Idk... thats such a stereotype not all scorpio suns are intense and broody.
Lunae is a scorpio and she looks so sweet and easy going.

Perfectly said!! I completely agree with all of this. I'm very reasonable, so I get that we need to "think". But I'm also very connected to my emotions (in a healthy way) and I am not at all fond of men trying to "court" me who are super detached from their emotions OR confused about how to love.

Ohhh believe me... I'm *not* intimidated by Air signs or anybody else!  I can debate with the best of 'em! LOL. I'm just using "scared" as a figure of speech! Because of their lack of DEPTH, I have struggled to believe that I'd have much in common with them on DEEPER LEVELS. Once you dismiss my feelings...you might get your block knocked off... I totally enjoy conversing or partying with them though haha. We can definitely have some fun!
