Btw, I lost a bit of respect for him because he didn't handle the criticism or mockery well (I won't list his response as it's beside the point, I just wanted to share what made me laugh). If he could take it like he dishes it out then that would okay in my book, but if he starts ranting when people treat him with the same sarcasm and contempt he treats everyone else then he needs to get out of the kitchen. I can handle blunt and even caustic people until they show they can't take what they dish out on a regular basis. Instead of "plainly speaking" he's being an arrogant ass who thinks he's better than everyone else and can therefore talk down to them, sometimes with plain rudeness, and how dare others talk back to him in the very same way.
