Leos make great Presidents.

I'm not an Aries "fighting machine". I can battle, yes. But I can also negotiate & hear people out...come to level-headed conclusions about things. All my friends/relatives/co-workers know that I am an INDIVIDUAL - you cannot brainwash me ever...they respect that & end up following my lead many times because of it.

Sorry but many great presidents are Aquas and Air. Maybe there are Obama and Bill Clinton for Leos, but FDR, Lincoln, Reagan were Aqua. Eisenhower and Carter are Libra. JFK was Gem (no wonder he loved Marilyn Monroe), so is first Bush.

Tsk tsk tsk...

Leaders of revolutions tend to have something Taurus though, because they required so much staying power.

Definitely Leo. All Leo bosses and CEO I met are very inspirational and yes, they're on top chain food of the companies.

However, a success means teamwork. So here's my roster for a successful whatever :
- Leo inspirational leader.
They'll bring people together and bind them with heart and goals.

- Caps the everyday "make it happen" guy. They'll follow up the plan till it's done.

- Libra the mediator.
And since more people means more conflict, this guy will be the mediator between workers and managements.

- Aries, the Go To Dude.

- Aquarius, will consult this dude for breakthrough strategy and action.

=)

Maybe it's my other placements, but...

I'm Capricorn dominant and I'd be a terrible leader. I'm scatter brained, crack under pressure, and have trouble keeping my emotions in check at times. I can also be pretty disorganized at times. Plus, I get bored really easily (probably Venus conjunct Uranus) and have trouble following through on most things.

So yeah...

I agree with Aries and Leos placements, they're like "Everyone, let's do this" or "Everyone, follow meee" - they're inspirational, charismatic, and have the ability to influence others.

And yes to air placements for diplomacy and justice.

I find this to be true for me. Heh, whenever I find myself in the "leadership" role I'd feel slightly annoyed. I like to quietly do my things and leave others to do their stuff.

Well damn. I guess you got me on the President thing. LMAO.

But I've never had them for bosses, just as friends - air signs.

Obama and Clinton were the worst they had good ideas and talked a really good game but all in the end those plans ruined the US :/ I feel it's more than just the sun sign. Leo's are very great workers but as far as being inspirational leaders I'm really confused...

I honestly believe all of the signs known to be power hungry (Leo, Scorpio, maybe Aries)don't do very well as leaders because they let that power get to them. (Obama is a Leo!)

On the other hand, a good mixture of these signs with maybe Earth in a chart would be a stable leader.

Not sure who makes the best leaders but Capricorn likes to take charge. Virgo sun is probably one of the worst.
The problem with Virgo, they aren't good at seeing the big picture and being the head of a committee. They work better on their own or in a small business imo. They could lead a small business.

Capricorn seems to like the idea of taking on all that responsibility and they are naturally inclined to think in layers.

Lol Virgos not seeing the big picture. Aha.

And every other sign is able to see the big picture. Especially scorpio, right?

Blah.

It's just your opinions, but in general every sign has it's own leader qualities.

@lovelyaries: well, the more uranus influenced Aquas don't even wanna lead. But Aquas gather info while being your friends. And as an aqua Mc, I like everybody to have their fair share, I don't like a distanced work relationship. I found this is true for many Aquas.

It is just an opinion. When I think of leader, it's presidents, lol. I am an all-or-nothing kinda person about leaders. Leader to me is the big time head of entire countries or corporations. Virgo is not the sign of leaders, traditionally. It's the sign of people who follow others, who need direction from them. It's the sign of the servant or worker, not the sign of the boss or director.

@SSS I agree with them working on their own or in a smaller business. They're not good when working in a large group. They shut down and get all silent emo on ya lol add some air in the mix and they're the best of both worlds

Clinton has Venus/Mars in Libra. That explains the unfaithful bit.

I think I have a bunch of good signs.

I do have Virgo Mercury. While I am very capable of seeing the big picture, taking charge, teaching, etc (due to other signs). My problem with Virgo is this.
If I'm told to make a certain area look nice. I will spend half the day on it just being a perfectionist. LOL I won't get a lot done but you'll be able to lick the floor.

So, Virgos should be careful of that.

It can bring out the worst in Virgo and I know because I am a Virgo sun. We can get withdrawn or super bitchy. Stress level is too high for Virgo when trying to keep tabs on something so humongous. Virgo is the quintessential small business owner. I see all of us shining there or teaching. They make good secretaries, too, and accountants although I would never want to do that.
With Libra, I have an interest in art dealership and history more than anything else.

You are pretty much a Leo and that's not like being a Virgo, exactly.
