Aqua for being able to bring groups together. Most libras I know are not very good. Some are though. Gems are decent.

I think you need something in earth to be practical. Many political leaders are Taurus (staying power despite problems ... This makes libra sun bad because they are fickle).
I've noticed all libra moon wanna say something when they see lopsided views. I like libra moons a lot.

Cap moons make stable, practical people.

Sags are blunt so not particularly unifying but in smaller circles they tend to do well. I don't think there'll ever a sag populist ya know.

That said, best leader I've known was a Scorpio Sun/Scorpio Moon/Cappy asc female --> highly emotional and somewhat annoying and controlling BUT she knew how and when to pick her battles, showed great initiative, also she was very smart and had that "something" that made people instantly trust her. oh! she was also very good with words.

The other one was a Cancer Sun/Cappy Moon male(not sure about the rising). He was definitely a very different kind of leader, not controlling, very fun, extremely smart, a problem-solver, and very laid back. People absolutely loved him and would pretty much follow him to the end of the world lol.

Geminis are not bad... although they can be scattered. But it depends on what people want from a leader. What's good about Gemini is that they can be very understanding and relatable. They will not make a major drama out of small things or sack you - They let a lot 'slide'.

Pisces is psychologically understanding of everyone's concerns and they make generally loved leaders. They can be great as spiritual leaders.

Aquarius is the humanitarian sign - so naturally they get my vote in terms of leadership skills.. because they focus on the big picture and achieving equality - in as much as is possible.

But I'd probably go for Scorpio as the 'best' leaders. This is purely based on experience. I've known a few Scorpios and Scorpio influenced people in leadership positions - both male and female.... and I was/am very impressed. They are extremely focused, calm, collected. They can deal with any crisis situation and calm everyone else down as well. They are very reliable and consistent and also very passionate about their goals/work.. Because Scorpio is a social sign they also take others into account - so no one feels like their opinions were left out. They are quite democratic, but as opposed to Libra - they are not naive about human nature. I like that they respect the system - but they are not obsessed with it. They can rebel against it - when it clearly isn't working for anyone. They abide by rules that have purpose... not just any rules willy nilly. So basically - they have a mind of their own.

I knew everyone would mention Aries here. I think Aries can be good in certain circumstances... like prepping people up for battle lol Maybe the best analogy in today's world - would be the coach of a major sports team. That's the kind of role in which Aries could excel as leader.
But I don't feel leadership always goes with Aries in other contexts because they are too independent and they want to have the freedom to do their own thing. When you take on a leadership role, you also take on responsibilities - and Aries doesn't always want that.

cardrinal signs are ahead of the game whether you want to believe that or not

they do more research, work harder, practice longer, get better and better and better

why? bc cardinal signs always want to be the boss. yes deep down every cardinal sign does. and they hate when they have to follow anyone else's lead.

so we are passionate about being the best so that we dont have follow anyone else's orders

they are the pioneers with original ideas and the creative solutions. The deepest wisdom, the best ability at reading other people...etc. bc they will never stop till they are the best, and for that they need to be the best at everything they do

imo cardinal signs are great at everything they do

fixed sign are great at a couple of things, which they always see to completion and which never fails them, and which they do over and over and focus their whole life on. While cardinal likes to spread themselves to all things, trying to be great at all of them.

Mutable signs dont really care. They just want to experiment. they are the most social ones imo. Not huge hard workers...very talkative very sociable..they are everybody's friend. When you need someone to make peace bring in a mutable sign, they will harmonize everything and adapt to everyone. bc they can adapt to any moment and any situation, they do make good leaders.

I would not put Air signs at the top of the pack. Might let Aqua ASC slide in there - depending on their Sun.

Leos make great Presidents.

I'm not an Aries "fighting machine". I can battle, yes. But I can also negotiate & hear people out...come to level-headed conclusions about things. All my friends/relatives/co-workers know that I am an INDIVIDUAL - you cannot brainwash me ever...they respect that & end up following my lead many times because of it.

My current boss is a Scorpio.

Has an Aries Moon.
Both Venus & Mars in Sag.

He's consistent...yet all-over-the-place. It's weird.

He's a good boss. He's a very hard worker & he sets high standards for himself & others. However, he sometimes forces his beliefs onto others - as if his 'ways' must become your 'ways' and that sh*t certainly DOES NOT fly with me or anyone else in the office.

He will lie and act like someone else complained about you when it's just HIM who is having an issue - and he'll b*tch about small, dumb things too. Stop the BS!! I'm actually shocked that he doesn't have the balls to be DIRECT having a Scorp/Aries combo!

He tries to manipulate and it doesn't work on me, so lately, he's gotten frustrated with me. LOL - I know how to mindf*ck too dude!

We laugh. Argue. Make-up. It's just insane.

Haha, you said that you love Leos and you do! LOL

I'm pretty excited because I took a promotion (a much more technical job) back in April, am excelling, and I got word today that in the next few months some other openings will pop up (even more technical training) that I think I have an EXCELLENT shot at. I'm super excited!! I just took this opportunity as an excuse to say it. LOL I'm just excited.

Anyway, I don't know a lot of the Sun signs of leaders at work.
I know two Gemini's who are VERY good. One of them sure climbed the ladder pretty quickly.

A guy who is basically on the same level as the rest of us but still is the official decision maker for the team, is an Aquarius. He's just awesome! I don't know the rest of his chart but even when he gets upset, it's really nothing. He's so cool and collected. Great, dry sense of humor - witty. Great teacher. Makes me wonder what his Moon is.
