You pretty much listed the dominant traits of one sign.
We all know what signs lol....  but I'm wondering about aspects?
Because those types can belong to every sign really.

Leo men are just domineering ******** to their partners... I don't get chauvinistic vibe from them though.Aries is kinda like that too, they just want to dominate.

Earth placements. I have a Taurus moon and I kind of feel that way. It's not that I dislike the idea of a woman working, I just think a woman's first priority should be her kids if she has them. i've met aquarians like this - think it's the clash of conservative type against unique/freedom type that reinforces the former conservative bit. moreso than earth signs who otherwise fit but i think only superficially IP: Logged |

yes but the ones i've known seem to have another routine loving side, almost rebellious in being ultra-traditional as society progresses. maybe it has been something other in their chart but ever since i think of them in this dual way. like how england is thought of as eccentric but staid or whatever the term is. edit i am new to this so i dont really know thats just my personal exp

The major flaw with Taurus men is that they assume just because they are male they should be in control.. simple.
No if ands buts.In this century women are raised to be independent and educated.
They are more than capable of being an equal.
So good luck Taurus men... I suppose they can use their knack of gathering financial resources to find a willing mate to constantly be missionary. Unlike Taurus, Aries men want to be in control but they are willing to prove how capable they are, exerting their martian energy
This is often quite attractive quality as some women do want such a man. Aries men are attracted to those who resists the quicker you cave in the chase is over for them. They are attracted to that constant power struggle. Leo men actually want a lioness, but they are the king of their jungles so they will try and boss everyone around.

i have noticed scorpio men are also quite traditional and domineering in their approach

In my experience Taurus men are very generous and they love when their wife/gf makes a lot of money as well.

i think it's Taurus that's chauvinistic. Scorpio is more controlling but they'll still let their wives work.He doesn't look like a Taurus ASC though. He looks similar to a guy i know but I could never guess the ASC. Or maybe your guy has Taurus on his IC. IP: Logged |

my dad was like this. I think it has more to do with an era someone is raised in then their signs. but he was an aries moon and had a lot of fire in his chart overall, so tended to be quite interested in being 'the man.' maybe because of him I associate those traits with fire sign men, especially a fire moon IP: Logged |

In defense of Taurus men, Taurus women think they should be in charge too. At least the ones I know. I don't think taurus men are chauvinist. I've dealt with capricorn suns and Scorpio moons who have been though. I had a Gemini boss who would not let me lift anything heavy bc "I was going to have kids one day". He was something else. But in the same breath I know a Capricorn sun WITH a Scorpio moon who wasn't this way at all. I think it's probably in aspects. My mom is the breadwinner and my Taurus dad doesn't have a problem with. he does take care of practical things and I think they can traditionally be more gentlemanly to people they care about. But I don't think it's chauvinism from my perspective. IP: Logged |

I would have guessed Scorpio rising. That would have put Pluto, Mars, Saturn in his first house which makes me confused because I don't know how those planets affect looks. IP: Logged |
