I wouldn't live long enough to see the sun set. There are probably less painful ways to commit suicide.

Exactly

I never raised a hand to my dad. The closest I got was throwing my car keys at his feet one time because he told me I couldn't leave. I threw them. Looked up at his eyes and tucked tail and ran out the door. I hid in the apple orchards we lived in the middle of for almost 3 hours fearing what my punishment would be.

There was only one time I raised a hand to my mother, and it was because she threw a shoe at the back of my head while I was walking away from her... lol that was a crazy day that I'm not proud of, but I have to look back on it and laugh. And even though she instigated it, I still got my butt whipped for it by my father.

Don't get me wrong, I was never abused or beat as a child. In fact, my father is my favorite person I've ever met still to this day. But if I ever dared raise more than my voice to either of my parents, I was shown the difference between respect and disrespect with a quickness.

Not at all, I was defending myself. It's THE only reason I "went there."

"Anyway, the Leo sister. Man... she would fight boys in high school, everything. She didn't care. She'd take on anybody. LOL

Finally, when I was 12 and big enough. She took a swing at me. I ducked and then shoved her. She went flying down the hall into the bathroom. (It was like, take a step, two hand SHOVE real hard) She never messed me again after that. LOL

Do you have something else that wouldn't like touch? Your mars or anything like that? Or you think it was just all the confrontation with your parents?"

For some reason I got that vibe about your sister! Like she walks around with something to prove to people (or did)?

Mmm… my Mars is inconjunct Pluto, which opposes my Taurus Moon, and then my Moon is in the 11th house which supposedly makes it more detached or Aquarian. Mars is also in the 12th house.

I wonder if Sun and Moon not aspecting plays a part because Sun is how we express ourselves, and sort of has to do with physicality or the body, and Moon is our needs?

I understand hanna you were defending yourself..
LOL but...
I think my parents are the only people in the world that can get away with laying a finger on me... Seriously because they really are not abusive my dad is Italian and my Mom is asian... WHAT DO YOU EXPECT lol.. They are going to smack me upside the dead for being a little prick.

However my natural reaction to someone pushing me around is to attempt to beat their ass LOL.
I come across as sweet and gentle but Im actually really feisty.

There was one other person who got way with it too..
I remember vividly when my s.o pushed me down one time in an argument...
I saw red... but I calmly started smiling said if you ever do that again.. We are going to have a huge problem which will result your perfect nose being split in two.. I think it came across as really creepy '

yeah, the Sun moon Connection. I'm not sure. I look at my sisters chart and do not see anything obvious.
I have sun moon sextile. It's Leo sun as most on here know and Gem moon which is sometimes like, "Who cares?"

As an adult when I've been confronted/threatened. Basically I just kind let it be known that I'm not impressed and if they want to go, I'm right here. But not in an energetic and/or challenging way. More. .. Not phased. That usually defuses it. Other than that, I just do the minimum that I honestly have to do to defuse it.
In my adult life I've had little need for any violence. I'd rather not.
My sister has simmered down also.
She has Pisces moon, square Neptune, opposite Mercury with a couple soft aspects elsewhere. Other than that.... Leo Mars. Maybe that's it. I have Virgo Mars which might explain my particular attitude - a little more tactical, but not looking to really hurt anyone.

Poor Cap sister in a cauldron of fire! I've always enjoyed reading your posts DF. I can only say it is Leo Mars and pride with your sister or some emotional entanglement with communication between the Moon-Mercury aspect. Pisces Moon is hardly aggressive, that's space kidette stuff. Mars in Leo does not like to be put down, you gotta let them know that they are the best (even if they clearly are not). Three generations of this in my family. Just praise her, then you can do as you want with them.

Kerosene - with the greatest of respect, across the net, you hardly come across as meek and sweet so I'm surprised to hear that others think of that of you. The Mars inconjunct is right for your comment. I have the trine and react much like you. As for your partner, what in the hell did he do that for? Sounds pretty uncalled for.
