The most important chart defining your appearance is your conception chart.... so perhaps you can study that and get back to me.. I actually know my conception date!
As you are conceived your genetic code is set and locked. Also in the womb is when your develop which happens to be before your birth and again be attributed to your conception chart. Hypothetically speaking
I do believe environment which is closely related to astrology can shape your image.. if you tan, scars, broken noses, plastic surgery, hair, sometimes weight etc.
but features like the shape if your nose, and width of your lips are genetics..
But spiritually it's easy to guess someones sign!
It's the way they project themselves really and little things like their fashion hair makeup etc.
Because people come in all shape in sizes in all signs lol

    Yes, they're all Geminis - all human, male - with 2 eyes, 2 legs, 2 arms, 2 ears and everything at its place (from what it shows). All born in June back in the 70's... yet - so different from each-other. Thus - their genetics, their entourage influences and chosen lifestyle. Some are to serious (way to serious) - while others have a clownish personality (even a bit exaggerated). I'm also a Gemini - and can't relate with neither from above in terms of appearance. All their mouths seem normal yet "different - from one individual to another (thus - their individuality). Just as well - I could add 6 people from any sign with similar mouths (even from those lacking in Gemini placement like ASC). So where's the Gemini - in all from above?
