He happens to end up in some really dangerous situations, especially since he does hardwood flooring. Just recently he got into an accident whilst using a table saw, slicing through his finger and thumb in the process. He has in the past got part of his finger chopped off, so his nail grows downward. He also has celiac disease, having to watch his gluten intake so he doesn't have seizures. This is due to the radiation that he endured whilst having a brain-tumor in 2001 (which he survived). This makes me wonder if the North Node is making him go through these horrifically dangerous situations as some form of rebirth.

The other person is a friend with a Scorpio stellium in the 2nd house. It's conjunct her Venus and Square her Mars. The only thing I can think of is issues with relationships. She has this extremely negative outlook on love, seeing it as a weakness. Her Venus is also retrograde, so something in the past must've happened that caused her to think this way.
