One astrologer, Neith, wrote about Scorpio NN:It is one of the tougher Nodal positions to handle and I have seen few people with this Nodal axis express it well. Most will have moments where they experience the heights and depths inherent in Scorpio but admittedly it is a tough place to live, day in and day out. ________________
For those who have Scorpio NN, what are your experiences so far?

I don't have this placement but I have a Scorpio planet conjunct my NN (in early Sag) and this pretty much sums up my life.
Tough doesn't mean impossible though (yeah I'm trying to encourage myself, so what?)

Hmmm this made me think...I have my Scorpio NN conj Uranus and I feel as if I have COMPLETELY left my SN behind and I currently have zero stability in my life! I'm literally fleeting here and there (Uranus) and it's as if I am trying to find my SN again but it seems far away. Or maybe that's tSaturn that went over those areas plus my IC?? *pulls hair* *mutters* Sidenote: my nodes are in 3/9 and 2/8 in pChart with Scorpio in 3 and 2. IP: Logged |

Uranus conjunct NN is definitely a biggie, and in Scorpio that does sound pretty explosive.Saturn can create a lot of difficulties in the area it transits. It's showing you the things that no longer work and need some mending. Try to embrace the more positive side of both Scorpio traits and Uranus traits and apply them to your way of thinking / life philosophy so your mind and beliefs can serve you and improve your life, instead of making it a living hell. One simple technique is to just relax.
That's difficult for both Uranus and Scorpio (being inherently tense and intense (lol)) but it's worth it. Just breaaaathe...

Wow, how awesome, charlie.It's easy to take the words for granted when you see them everyday (assuming that you can see your tattoo).

Really?  I guess I don't know what his expectations are, and how we are failing to meet them. I feel like my whole life structure reflects my NN and Scorpio values. Everything I do is aiming for not just a pleasant experience but something that deepens me and brings me closer to understanding life in the realest way. It is gratifying...maybe not in a way that popular culture would recognize...and maybe it's a very "lonely" success that we achieve when we reach that NN, which is why people don't always recognize it. @ Charlie - I also have Uranus conjunct Scorpio NN. My NN is in 9th, too. I also feel like my life has been ripped away from my past, but the thing is that I enjoyed who I was in the past. I don't know who I am any longer. I definitely don't want to be a scorp. I read somewhere that with Taurus SN you come into this life with a lot of life comforts and with the Scorpio NN, we have to release those comforts to find our destiny. Who wants to release their life comforts? This is the worst NN placement. It provides us with nothing to do, nothing to show, nothing to strive for but it only brings a lot of solitude, pain, and transformation. Horrible. IP: Logged |

I have the opposite, I have SN Scorpio conjunct uranus and it has been a struggle for me. I just wish I knew how to reach my NN taurus. :P Does that mean I become boring?! Btw, I'll wave to you guys when we pass each other going to our NN's IP: Logged |

I have it conjunct Pluto in 1st house. I too enjoyed who I was in the past. I spent a lot of time(maybe half of my whole life) just trying to make it all happen again. I’ve let it go, finally. I’ve gone through lots of ups and downs in life. Usually I’m either at the top of the pile or at the bottom of the pile, never in the middle. Happiness lies in the middle, or so I’ve heard. When I compare my life with others who are riding a different bus, I feel like life has been very unfair to me, but eh, maybe they too feel the same. I’ve lived multiple lives in the same life, one chapter ends, an entirely different one begins. It makes me feel weird, I can’t identify with who I was in the past at all, sh!!t happens when I try to hang on to who I was in the past. I don’t know where a Scorpio NN is supposed to reach, some end up in mountains, some end up sitting on top of a pile of cash( Taurus SN says hello!!). I doubt life will be a joyride with this NN, but I’m gonna enjoy it while it lasts. IP: Logged |

@ Canadian girl - look up on astrotheme.com those who have Taurus NN and those who have scorpio NN and tell me who you would rather be. From what I can gather is that Scorpio SN causes a lot of pain/hard work/transformation early in life but that Taurus NN will let you enjoy the fruits of your labor later. I don't think Taurus NN is boring but it can be an overindulgent placement. IP: Logged |

@anon - I agree. I don't know where scorp NN is supposed to reach. It is almost like we are punished for having it good when we were younger. There was this one site that described all the NN placements and all of them described gaining something or creating something, except the Scorpio NN described "letting out emotions" and "move through the transition". I really dont like some of the interpretations for the scorpio NN either. I agree with what Fauxcoat said though- growing up I felt like people resented me for having married parents and pets and holidays and stuff which im very grateful for- I love having that. But people around me I think thought I was spoilt or something (even though we're not that great financially). And it always felt I didnt deserve it really. I think that sums up taurus SN and Scorpio NN. At least at the moment it does  IP: Logged |

I've just thought actually- what if you meet someone who touches your NN heavily with loads of planets and stuff? Someone who appears to pull you towards your NN? Do you think that would help with the Scorpion's obstacles? IP: Logged |

I just met a guy, we've only been out twice but his Juno and Eros are on my NN...I notice that I talk to him about some of the not so traditional and maybe somewhat taboo spiritual things effortlessly, normally I'm quiet about talking about meditation, energy, manifesting things in your life n such...
Even though he's never explored these things, he listens and if you didn't know he'd never explored them, you'd think he had...he's so natural with it and picks up on what I'm saying immediately!
He finds what I talk about interesting and expresses interest in learning about it!
I've noticed he has already started to adopt certain ways of thinking, like me!
Example is I believe your outlook on how a situation will play out has a huge affect on the actual outcome, karma is chosen by what you believe your karma is and what you deserve....so he's been working on thinking more positive and not giving into negative thoughts!
I think that is sweet and I really do think he is helping me to stay focused because as he shows interest in my path it keeps me focused on it to! My NN is scorpio@21.44

What you need to remember though, is everyone's chart is different and even if you move to your Scorpio NN it doesn't mean you'll face tremendous troubles. I would hate to think that the point of someone's transition to NN Scorp is to have suffering and trouble. Maybe moving to the Scorpio NN teaches you to appreciate your 'easier' life and understand what others went through? Just a thought.

I guess it’d be difficult, especially if planets in Taurus conjunct SN. I don’t know whether they drag me to NN or not but sometimes I feel in tune with universe when I’m around certain people. Most of them have planets around my NN. IP: Logged |
