It is likely to be pro Obama as it is written by himself and or people who support him. At least take the time to look at the other side before jumping on to whichever Obama hating wagon told you what do or think.

Before you think that I'm some sort of Barack Obama lover, I'm not. I don't know enough about the man, he is slated by some sources, praised by others. There is more than one side to every story.

I'm not here to debate politics, because ultimately people get far to uptight about it. I just want to get people to think about using their own brains, reading and analytical skills to assess a variety of different views on the subject. Rather than just open their mouths and get spoon fed the same old hate mongering material that one source regurgitates again and again.

To keep this barely on track.

World may percieve Alpha Man as; cocky arrogant, reckless and confident, rude and dangerously adventurous.

My perception of an Alpha Man; Someone who doesn't need to be cocky or arrogant, is quietly confident in themselves and doesn't have to broadcast it to the world. Isn't reckless or rude or does stupidly dangerous stuff.
Someone who knows who he is, what he is about, and what he wants, without jumping around to prove himself or shove himself in anyone's face because ultimately, he is not bothered with having other people think highly of him.

Okay 2 things. I've formed my opinion of him based on what I've seen from him and heard come from his mouth. I don't associate with any party although I am a registered republican. I don't dive too deep into politics anymore because it's just hopeless. Kerosene brought the guy up and I responded. Please don't assume or pass judgements of what you think I am or what you think I know, because it's not true. I use my own brain when analyzing a person's character and I did so with Mr Obama. Like you said there's always more than one side to the story.

I liked your perception of an alpha male and couldn't agree more.

I'd say Mars conjunct Ascendant in the first would be a pretty strong indicator along with either a firery ascdenant or exiled capricorn.

Sun in the first.

My father and my s.o would be considered "manly men" based on my culture's standard. My father is a scorp sun, sag asc, aries moon, cap mars - more aggressive, likes to lead. My s.o is a libra sun, cap asc, virgo moon/mars - more subtle.

They are protective but aren't obvious about it. They don't complain or let their panic, pain...etc.. shown (lol my father is like "I suffer quietly in a corner"). Try to stay clean, neat and composed. Quiet determination.

What can I say... I response to them positively.

I've met "macho" men who were like "I'm a man, hear me ROAR". My reaction to those: shake my head n walk away.

Funny, my bf is libra sun, Capri AC, and venus virgo too! He's super reserved. He likes to lead, but nothing major..not very possessive at all either. He is somewhat protective though...again not overproctetive either.

I think sun/venus/mars in leo, scorpio, aries and taurus can be pretty manly, protective, and possessive..in my experience anyway.

My husband.

He is confident, doesn't shy from responsibility, cares about his family, is a natural leader, smart, people respect him, is not afraid to get his hands dirty and seems to know just about everything stereotypically masculine - how to fix a car, build anything, fix anything, sail, hunt, fish...

He is a gentleman, opens doors, walks on the outer part of the sidewalk, etc.

He's not into sports, cocky or arrogant, though.
